+ Positive
The child liked the camp. They fed tasty, it was fun, good teachers. Very funny, creative counselors. From the point of view of the child - everything was very good, even wants to go.
- Negative
The child felt unwell. No help was provided.
• Answer from camp
Dear Irina, thank you for your high and objective appreciation. Regarding "not providing assistance in case of malaise," we will conduct an internal inspection and find out detailed information, since I emphasize that everyone is provided with assistance. For this, there is also a first-aid kit in the camp with everything you need, and if necessary, even if there is simply suspicion or the parents ask, the child is shown to the doctor or taken to an admission to the hospital. This is a common practice.

Rest simultaneously with learning.

Bad wi-fi. Parents cannot contact their children. A paid excursion to the water park for three hours, you can offer a slightly higher price, but for the whole day.
• Answer from camp
Dear Anna Anatolevna! Thanks for your feedback. Of course, we will convey your wishes about the wi-fi director of the hotel. Unfortunately, we cannot affect the quality of the Internet.
On a trip to the water park: according to past experience, most parents are not ready to pay the difference for the whole day plus an extra charge for lunch, and many people want to go. Therefore, the best option is chosen.
Thank you for being with us and entrusting us the rest of the child.

A daughter (15 years old) was in the camp this summer (July 2018). Every day she wrote enthusiastic reviews about the camp: a friendly team, wonderful creative counselors, joint creative activities and contests (although I couldn’t have been surprised and interested in my work before), often went to the beach, English half a day (no one expected super preparation, treated language classes as a pleasant and useful application to rest in the camp, not more). It all ended with the fact that in the second week of rest the daughter begged to leave her there for another week, which put us in a dead end. Thanks to the managers, we went forward and everything was quickly organized with the replacement of tickets and the extension of residence and training. Thus, happy and happy, my daughter returned after three weeks in camp in a great mood! Thanks to the organizing company for the interesting rest of my child, this is especially valuable in the adolescent period, when usually nothing is pleasant. My daughter agreed with new friends to go next year to the same camp in Malta. we will see.
- Negative
Meals are not as diverse as I would like, but you can live!
• Answer from camp
Svetlana Y., thank you very much. We are trying very hard and our only goal is to make the rest rewarding, exciting and enjoyable. Children are our love, we will always defend their interests. Special thanks for appreciating our counselors. So few parents who find the time to look at our work objectively and with an understanding of all the difficulties. We will continue to try for you.

A good option for teenagers. Children are always involved in activity. The son returned satisfied, said that he was short of 2 weeks.
- Negative
From the point of view of the practice of English, this camp is far from ideal, because all children are Russian and communicate in their native language. English lessons do not allow immersion in a foreign language.
It would be great to mix groups with children from different countries.
The leaders will prompt all that is required. Where, what and when it is better to buy souvenirs. Good transfer with air conditioning. We went only with the group, without foreigners. Remained very good and warm memories of the camp.
- Negative
The guys almost do not speak English. This camp is more for entertainment than for learning English. With food there are problems, it is not diverse. Everything is very fresh and surprisingly, the salt is almost not salty.
• Answer from camp
We are very sorry that the girl, studying in the international class, attending excursions and animation in English, did not understand how to use this very English.
According to the counselors, the child basically did not want to communicate and the girl was laconic. Other children did not feel limited in communicating in English.
The entertainment, program and counselors are really great. As, in other matters, and food - a full buffet. Here is the usual dinner menu: rack of lamb or rabbit with spices, fillet of swordfish, fillet of tuna, steamed vegetables, pasta, potatoes with rosemary, 4 types of lettuce, watermelon, melons, other fruits, dessert: cakes and ice cream. But we understand that everyone’s criteria are different and it’s impossible to please everyone. We will continue to try to do everything possible for the excellent recreation of children. And let the review remain on the conscience of the parent.

The son spoke very well of the leader Govorov Yura. In general, the program is satisfied.

A child of 13 years old, a boy, came from a camp who had lost weight. What for our eater is not typical. Very poor nutrition. The child was forced to buy his food in shops and McDonald's, as there was not a large choice of food, but what was, was not tasty cooked. Our child is not a big gourmet, so we tend to believe him. .
We did not like that there was no control of bathing and health. Our child all camp was with a cold, there was a period of ache in the ear and throat. He was treated as best he could by his means. We are remotely difficult to control this. Well, the children are children, they immediately forgot about the diseases, as they saw the sea or the pool. Well, the treatment is the same.
Irina Aleksandrovna about «Bravo-Christmas»
(girl 13 years old)
+ Positive
My daughter rested in January 2016. She liked the camp's educational and recreational program. Guides and teachers are very welcoming, they did not leave children for a minute, the program is very rich.
- Negative
When paying for the tour, we were promised accommodation in families with other non-Russian-speaking students, as well as participation in all camp programs as part of a multinational company. In fact, it turned out that the Moscow girls lived in rooms with each other in two, and on the programs except for the Russian-speaking group there was only one German boy. Thus, the idea of communication in English outside the audience was absolutely unattainable.
It would also be nice if the company warned us in advance about the traditionally meager food and non-heated rooms in the families, in the winter it's colder than on the street. We could have thought out such moments in advance that the child's stay would be more comfortable
• Answer from camp
Dear Irina!
We thank you for your trust and participation in our winter program. We are extremely interested in all feedback and feedback from parents. Concerning the small number of foreigners and the international environment, we can answer the following: we organized this program together with the international language school, which offered the camp to other European countries. However, this year, the difficult economic situation has affected not only Russia and, for reasons beyond our control, the school has not received such a flow of Europeans, on which it counted. Despite the fact that this Christmas period is the only vacation that coincides with both Russian and foreign students.
Thank you again for your attention to our programs and an objective evaluation.

In June 2014, my daughter rested in the Bravo camp (Cyprus Limassol). Daughters really liked it, came with positive emotions. She liked the accommodation, we, from the photos, too. The pressed ones turned out to be professionals in their field. Of course in English, my daughter for this period (2 weeks) did not add much knowledge, but communication with children by interests is also important at this age. The weather also did not disappoint, sunbathed, bathed. Two weeks passed quickly for the daughter, still corresponded with the girls from the detachment. She hopes to go to the second shift next year (in the beginning of June she is expected to hand over the GEA) to the same camp.
- Negative
According to her daughter's stories, she did not like the meager breakfasts in the camp and the small variety of food served, so that part of the money was spent on food purchased in stores.
