"Kislorod" - active camp for children from 11 to 15 years (inclusive). For children during the summer holidays 2019 organizers held active rest, which brings pleasure, positive emotions and uplifting. In the camp every day sports-hours, workshops, games and entertainment. Children who are engaged in sports sections, in the camp of active rest "Kislorod" will allow to keep fit during the summer holidays, the rest will give the opportunity to acquire new skills.

Location: Winter holidays 2020 will be held on the basis of the event-complex "Olymp" on the territory of the youth center "Sunny Olymp", which is located 100 km from Moscow, in the South-East of Moscow region, near the ancient city of Kolomna, known for its numerous temples, monasteries and the Kremlin, surrounded by coniferous forests, on the banks of large man-made ponds of the Kolomenka river.
Event-complex "Olymp" consists of Park-hotel "Olymp", Youth center "Sunny Olymp" and Sports building.
Accommodation: in a two-storey brick building for 3-4 people in rooms with amenities in the room (shower, toilet, washbasin). The children's rooms have modern furniture: beds, bedside tables, wardrobe. On the floor there are rooms counselors who are with children around the clock. The building is a good repair, cleanliness is maintained by the maid.
Meals: 5 meals with "Swedish board" system, afternoon snack and second dinner – portionally. In the Swedish board there is each category for 2 types: salads, soups, side dishes, meat and fish hot dishes - no one will remain hungry. You can always choose your favorite dish from the proposed and take the additive. During the day, children drink clean water, for this purpose there is a cooler and disposable cups in the case.

Infrastructure:

Security and health services:
Security: the territory of the camp is fenced and guarded around the clock, in the evening the camp is illuminated. On the territory of residence there are only children's groups, there are no strangers to adults.
Medical service:
in the camp a doctor is constantly with a set of necessary medications, an insulator works. In case of emergency the child is delivered to the hospital in Kolomna
Main program:
For children on winter holidays 2020 in the camp of active recreation "Kislorod" we organize an active holiday that brings pleasure, positive emotions and uplifting. On winter break we will ride on skis or a snowboard, jump in the trampoline center, play paintball, laser tag, arteritis, bazookabar and bamperbol. In the camp every day we are waiting for winter entertainment, tubing, sports hours, workshops in active areas, games and entertainment.
This is a unique opportunity to try diverse activities that do not have time for a year.
PROGRAM ACTIVITY
- Skiing or snowboarding. In the winter season, children will have a master class in skiing or snowboarding. On the track of the ski complex will be interesting to everyone: both novice skiers or snowboarders, and children who have long been skiing or snowboarding. Counselors will control the process and organize skating. Its equipment is not required to take, it provides the base.
- Riding tubing. On the season we organize skiing, tubing, which improve your mood and evoke positive emotions.
- Trampoline center. We are waiting for 18 trampolines and a large foam pit. The level of training and ability to jump does not matter. Professional instructors will ensure comfort and compliance with all safety rules. Trampoline center is located in the Park of active recreation "Action Park".
- Paintball. The rules of paintball are well known to all: to hit the enemy with paint balls of special markers. The game takes place on the territory of a specially equipped paintball club of the active recreation Park "Action Park".
- Ninja quest. Each season we pass the obstacle course in the style of " Ninja "on the sports attraction of the Park of active recreation"Action Park".
- Bamperbol or football balls. In the winter season we play the most fun kind of outdoor activities! Players instead of uniforms are dressed in inflatable Zorba balls, in which the head, body and hands are inside, and only the legs remain free. During the game, you can and should push opponents, fall, somersault and do somersaults. Balloons with air soften the most incredible jumps and blows, so the game is safe for health. The game is held in the indoor gym under the supervision of the instructors of the Park of active recreation "Action Park".
- Bazookabar. In the winter season, play a "soft" variety of paintball, armed with light "bazookas" and soft balls instead of bullets. The game takes place under the control of the instructors of the active recreation Park "Action Park".
- Arteritis. Sports team game, where the participants are armed with a bow and arrows with soft foam tips. Let's test ourselves on accuracy, dexterity and have fun. .The game takes place under the control of the instructors of the active recreation Park "Action Park".
- Laser tag. During the game, move on a given territory and special blasters " hit " targets and opponents.
- Rollers. In the winter season we organize a master class in roller skating. The camp has a rental, but you can take your skates from home. Roller skating is for children who already know how to skate and keep on skating.
- Game room. Air rifle shooting and air hockey.
- Master classes. At each season, children are waiting for master classes in active areas: dancing, breathing exercises, towns, baseball and others. The content of the master classes depends on the team counselors, so each season they are different.
- Sports hours. We play our favorite sports and arrange friendly matches.
- Swimming. Camp of active rest "Kislorod" - children's camp with a swimming pool. Swimming is carried out every other day in an indoor pool measuring 23 by 8 meters. The depth is up to 150 cm. Children enjoy visiting the Hammam and sauna, which are located next to the pool and are completely at our disposal while bathing our groups. Since the pool is indoor, swimming is not dependent on weather conditions.
- Entertainment event. Story and strategy games on the ground, quests, shows, discos and other events. It will not be boring to anyone!
The specific program of each season depends largely on weather conditions, so any of the activities can be replaced by another with the preservation of the total employment of children. The counselor or instructor has the right to prevent any child from activities based on his height-weight, health status, etc.

Анна, спасибо за отзыв. Горки и правда не было в программе. Большую, горнолыжную, расположенную рядом с отелем мы никогда не используем из соображений безопасности. А на маленькую не ходили, так как было довольно морозно.

Вай-фай, как обычно, для кого-то плюс, для кого-то минус.
Вторые блюда на шведском столе стоят на специальных платформах с подогревом, возможно что-то было неисправно. Я (директор Ольга Давыденко) ем вместе с детьми в столовой и с такой проблемой не сталкивалась. Учту.

Я не могу написать полный отзыв о лагере, т к ребёнок был меньше половины смены. По словам дочери, питание нормальное, вожатые хорошие.

2 sons of 10 and 14 years went. They didn’t want to go to the camp; the older one didn’t say goodbye even by the bus. But literally on the second day they were already calling in delight. I liked everything very much. The older one had problems with braces and even the counselor corrected it. Thank you very much. Good camp area, delicious food, attentive attitude of counselors to each child. And most importantly - a lot of different entertainment and educational programs, children are not bored.

Great camp. The daughter went for the first time and such luck. I liked the camp, the counselors were engaged all day with the children. In the room my daughter was still with two girls. All the amenities in the room is very good. In the pool went through the day. 5 meals a day. Leisure activities in the evening discos. Loved it. Many thanks to the counselor: Igor, Albina, Yarik, Alina and Max. Next year we plan to return to oxygen.

Еще важный отрицательный момент- мобильные телефоны. Не зря они запрещены во многих лагерях. Ребята со смартфонами мешали спать,играли, не давали читать. А нам обещали,что телефоны будут у вожатых. As it became clear, freerup, high-altitude town, climbing wall and so on do not belong to the camp, they are used by all children's and youth groups resting on this base.
