  • certificate from the employer's place of work. The certificate is valid for a month at the time of filing. An original of the certificate from the place of employment on the company letterhead is required, indicating the telephone number and address of the organization, position, length of service and monthly salary of the applicant (at least 25,000 rubles / month). The certificate must indicate the date of issue. The help is signed by the head of the organization and is stamped;
  • certificate from the place of study of the child. The certificate is valid for a month at the time of filing. The address and telephone number must be specified;
  • the child's birth certificate (notarized copy). If, on the birth certificate, the surname of one or both parents does not coincide with the child's surname, it is necessary to provide copies of documents proving the relationship (certificate of paternity, marriage certificate, divorce)
  • a notarized copy of the consent to leave the two parents for accompanying persons (the original for departure for crossing the border). In the text of the consent, all accompanying persons must be indicated. If it is impossible to provide consent from one of the parents, the documents proving the reason for his absence are provided (a copy of the death certificate, the certificate of the single mother, a certificate from the police about the impossibility to locate the person, form No. 25 from the registry office, etc.);
  • photocopies of the parents' internal passports (a spread with a signature + a residence permit)
