Almost every evening there will be a general event at will. During the trip we will conduct about 5 large events that require preparation. Other activities will be without preparation, for example:

The self-master  

This event is planned at the very beginning of the trip. Its essence is to make the children « step on the stage » and tried themselves in different roles. This and show yourself and look at others. We will give individual assignments for acting, and children will show how they manage to get out of situations. Through this event, as a rule, we identify leaders who then can delegate some of the important tasks.

Housewarming  

After the guys showed who is capable of and got acquainted, we will arrange a housewarming. All together come up with the name of the team, write a hymn, draw a coat of arms, sew a flag and come up with a theatrical performance that reflects the name, legend and values ​​of the team. We help in preparation at each stage, and in the evening there will be a performance.

Game Teambuilding  

The goal of the game – learn to interact in a team, be able to hear, be able to trust, be able to negotiate, take risks, accept a challenge. In each exercise, the participation of all team members is mandatory. This is a game for a rather deep study of personal &deadlocks » ;, especially a matter of trust.

" Guiding Star "  

The biggest event that we do in the middle of the trip. The theme of the holiday is chosen, for example, « Travel » "Cosmos", &la Five Elements » or « In the animal world » or others. There are 3-5 nominations for performance: dance, defile, clip, bodyart, song. Children choose where they want to participate and prepare during the day. Pick up costumes, music, images. We help children with the preparation of rooms. We definitely organize a rehearsal. In the evening, under the fanfare, we open the holiday, where the presenter will announce the numbers, and the rest will perform.

Banquet and memories  

On the last evening, a farewell banquet. Preparing for a banquet – this will be the global goal of teamwork. After the "lodestar" » they will be invited, as a team, to come up and prepare a banquet for a farewell party – as the children see it themselves. Those. distribute roles, take responsibility among themselves, think over trifles. Perhaps it will be a restaurant, waiters, musicians, performances of artists. The only requirement is – all team members must participate. The banquet ends with a disco.

In advance, each child can make himself a questionnaire for the reviews, during which during the disco everyone can write a wish, a confession, leave a contact. He can decorate it as he will. This questionnaire will be remembered for each child.
