1. Foreign passport , valid for 3 months from the day of the end of the trip. Warning! The passport must contain two unused pages to fit the Schengen visa and airport stamps. 2. Children's Camp “ Junior Camp ” located at the Edem Holiday Club. The hotel is on the first line from the sea, across the road – wide sandy beach.

The leaders and leaders of the Junior Camp are experienced professionals who have been carefully selected and trained in the camp every year. We invite our young friends to one of the best places for children's recreation in Europe. Magnificent sandy beaches, cozy parks, scenic mountains and exciting excursions await us at “ Junior Camp &rdquo ;;
Please note that in the camp “ Junior Camp ” children have almost no free time! The program of the camp is carefully prescribed in advance by the hour and, in addition to daily bathing and excursions, includes a lot of creative, sports and entertainment activities involving maximum employment of each child.
The cozy, almost homely atmosphere of the Greek resort of Olympiaki Akti has a full rest, including daily bathing in the warm sea, trips to the most beautiful places in Greece and a rich entertainment program.
In the camp program: show programs, creative festivals, master classes and sections, talent contests, fascinating quests, strategic games. We strive for the creative realization of each participant of the camp!
Great attention in camp “ Junior Camp ” is given to sports and active rest, as a pledge of good health and excellent mood. Every day, the camp hosts sports team games, football, beach volleyball, morning gymnastics, yoga and fitness on the Aegean coast.
In the evening, our children are waiting for gatherings on the beach, confidence paths, rallying games, traditional cozy tea-parties, romantic walks along the embankments and beach parties at sunset!
Sightseeing program:
1. Meteors. Visit this geological miracle of nature inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List to be unforgettable. « Floating in the air » Meteors need to be seen with their own eyes to believe in their existence!
Christian monasteries Meteors, based on gigantic steep cliffs, majestically directed to the sky, evoke an indescribable feeling that combines fear and admiration simultaneously!
Stunning scenery is made up of hundreds of rocks that rush into the sky like giant teeth. The rocks over time acquired the most bizarre shapes and resemble the "city of the rocks » ;. The monasteries of the fourteenth and sixteenth centuries are incredibly situated on their peaks: priceless monuments of history and culture with their rich collections of icons, frescoes and special architecture. Today Meteors – one of the most visited places in Greece.
2. Olympus The legendary mountain, the ancient abode of the Olympic gods, familiar from childhood! It was from here that Thunderer Zeus performed his justice, thunder and lightning, watching the mortals. Here lived the patroness of the marriage of the crafty Hera, the beautiful Aphrodite, the wise Athena and other gods. The ancient Greeks did not dare to climb the sacred mountain so as not to anger the Olympian gods - only great heroes could ascend to Olympus. We will have the opportunity to rise to a height of 1000 m above sea level, where we will hear a fascinating story about the pantheon of the Greek gods and enjoy the magical beauty of the Olympic ridge and the Aegean Sea!
3. Dion and Vergina. Dion is an ancient Macedonian city where the sacrificial altar of Zeus was. Today it is a real open-air museum. We can walk along the well-preserved ancient streets and imagine how powerful the city was this place hundreds of years ago! Here you can see the largest sanctuary of Demeter and Isis, the ancient Odeon, Roman baths, the palace of Dionysus.
No less impressive is the visit to Vergina - the first capital of ancient Macedonia, which in ancient times bore the name Eges. The heyday of this city falls on the V-IV centuries. BC. Archaeological excavations made it possible to discover the royal tomb of Philip II, the father of Alexander of Macedon. Inside the marble sarcophagus of Philip II, was found the golden royal crown and many other things, which are of great interest from the cultural and historical point of view. Visiting the tombs and the museum, where amazing archaeological finds are stored, will allow us to witness the greatness of Ancient Greece!
4. Aridea and Edessa. A truly fabulous place with indescribable beauty of mountains, clean air and crystal water of mountain waterfalls awaits us in these places. Rich vegetation, waterfalls, dizzying gorge stretching for 15 km along the river, mysterious stalagmite caves and all this in the middle of the green forest, through which the river flows Thermopotamos &it's simply fascinating with its beauty!
Edessa is considered one of the most beautiful cities in Greece, not only thanks to its waterfalls. Besides them, here we will see a lot of archaeological monuments of the times of the Macedonian state, we will walk along the ancient streets and feel the atmosphere of ancient Greece!
5. Thessaloniki. This is the second largest city in Greece, which is considered to be one of the most beautiful cities in the country. It is often called the "bride of the north", since Thessaloniki is the capital of northern Greece, or Macedonia. We can visit the city's acropolis, fortress walls, from where you can admire the beautiful view of the city of Thessaloniki, « White Tower » ;, built in the XV century and a symbol of the city. After the excursion we will have free time to visit shopping centers and walk along the famous waterfront of the city. If you prefer, you can visit the water park Waterland , the largest aqua park in northern Greece, which is located 15 minutes drive to the city center.
6. We can also visit the Paralia Katerinis resort on any day to swim on different beaches, and also take a ride on the local tramcar in Katerini to admire the architecture and visit the entertainment centers of the capital of Pieria!
The cost of the package of excursions is about 140 euros.

For walking: ordinary summer clothes (shirts, shorts, breeches, skirts), light summer shoes (socks - 1-2 pairs maximum for the entire shift). For the beach: towel (required), swimsuit / swimming trunks (2 pcs.), beach shoes, headdress (2 pcs.), sun cream (minimum 15-20 for the first days, 6-12 - for the following), a bag for the beach (where all this is put). It is advisable to put the child a light shirt with long sleeves (in case of burnt shoulders). For every day: T-shirts (no more than 4-5 pieces), shorts (2-3 pieces), breeches, jeans, etc. at the rate of two organized washings in 2 weeks. Toilet accessories: toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, gel, sponge - in reasonable quantities (especially girls !!!). Towels for the room are not needed (change every day). You can take with you: a book for reading, a camera, a mobile phone, an audio player. Prohibited have with you: electronic games We do not recommend taking with you: expensive mobile phones and video cameras, expensive jewelry (there are no conditions for their storage). Money: the recommended amount for pocket expenses – from 150 euros per week (souvenirs, ice cream, extra trips and excursions, laundry). Recommended amount for additional excursions – 100 euros for 2 weeks. The weight of the baggage must not exceed 20 kg (including purchased souvenirs). It is not possible to pay excess baggage due to a group flight (there is no time and people who will do this). |

Благодарим за обратную связь и за уделенное время для обсуждения проблемных моментов по телефону.
По нашему опыту можем отметить, что отношение к телефонам в лагере у родителей бывает максимально противоположным. Иногда наличие/отсутствие телефонов даже является основным критерием при выборе лагеря: кому-то принципиально важно, чтобы ребенок всегда был в доступе, а кому-то наоборот, особенно, когда у ребенка отмечается так называемая «зависимость» от гаджетов.
В нашем лагере нет практики забирать телефон у детей во время смены, однако вожатые могут прибегнуть к этой мере, если наличие телефонов мешает проведению программы – перед заездом мы отвечали на этот вопрос.
В случае с Александром после того, как Вы связались с нами, мы забрали телефон на день, а после этого стали забирать во время основных мероприятий у всего младшего отряда, так как конкретно на этой смене это было обоснованно - дети действительно много отвлекались на телефон.
Территория ДОЛ «Золотая Долина» предполагает размещение коттеджного типа, поэтому все дети размещаются в домиках. В течение дня дети заняты на мероприятиях, в командной и групповой работе, поэтому часто что-то готовят командами в своих коттеджах. При этом у вожатых есть доступ ко всем коттеджам в любой момент; вожатые постоянно проверяют домики, в том числе обходят территорию после отбоя и в ночное время.
Супницы у деток стоят на столах, и они наливают себе суп самостоятельно, но мы обязательно ещё раз проговорим с командой, что на это нужно неоднократно обращать внимание детей.
Касательно английского: как мы с Вами обсудили, возможно, Александр воспринимал английский как что-то простое, потому что занятия были в игровой форме, а не в привычном формате уроков.
Сожалеем, что ситуация с телефонами стала основной проблемой, из-за которой испортилось общее впечатление о лагере. Если в дальнейшем Александр поедет на смену, мы будем уделять этому вопросу больше внимания.

Good overall organization. It can be seen that everything has been worked out. Excellent counselors. Many different activities during the trip. My daughter really liked it (which happens, to put it mildly, not always).
- Negative
Weak Wi-Fi. There are few excursions in comparison with the declared program (perhaps because of the weather - we were out of luck and the whole first week of the trip was constantly raining, which is not typical for Greece at this time). And, of course, flights - we were changed two times (both back and forth.) I would like, of course, greater predictability in this respect, after all, it's a question of children.
