  • exchange card or help   from the district polyclinic (school) with the indication of preventive vaccinations and individual characteristics (food allergy, non-tolerability of medications, etc.); transferred infectious diseases, lack of   scabies          
  • A certificate of the epidemiological environment and the absence of pediculosis (takes 2-3 days before the shift begins);                   ;      
  • Help for   pool with the results of tests for enterobiosis and egg-clover
  • certificate from the medical-physical dispensary №17    
  • in writing recommendations for the coach (reminder for the coach about the characteristics of the child)

Documents for obtaining a Bulgarian visa:

  • A separate foreign passport with a validity of at least 3 months at the time of departure from Bulgaria,
  • Current color photo 2 pcs. 3,5х4,5, (the person in the photo - 70-80% of the image, strictly on a white background, without ovals and angles), on the back, sign the surname, the name of the child with a pencil
  • Application form
  • the notarized consent of the parents for the departure of the child to Bulgaria to the name of the head of the group, indicating the dates of the trip (from May 25 to July 10).
