My son rested from July 16 to August 6 in the camp "Cocktail" (in Kazakevich Dale) in the Crimea from the company DIAL.
Except for a sufficiently rich animation program, there are no advantages at all! One could write about the sea and the sun, but the organizers and executors of the camp program managed and present these parameters so that they turned into flaws! It's about the disgusting organization of bathing: the prohibition to dive and splash, the depth of sunset at the waist for the 15-year-olds is 182 cm in height, in the water 5-10 minutes, the collective responsibility - one has broken, all are deprived of bathing, - or air conditioners in the camp, including the living quarters and the dining room in the 35 degree heat, which turned the stay in the camp into an endless test by stuffiness, which does not stop even at night!

In addition to the above "advantages" I will note numerous FAULTS: 1. Disgusting food - very small portions, a meager amount of meat, fish, chicken, fruits and vegetables, the facts of feeding the table to the children of yesterday's weather-beaten foods ... And all this - in the panting heat of the dining room , where the air temperature is 40 degrees and the children are eating sweating afterwards! In addition - the ban on the purchase and use of children quick-warming products in the store, Doshirak, etc.! The wonderful position of the administration: we will not only starve you, but we will not give food on the side! As a result, the son lost 3 kilograms ... 2. Total theft: money, things and telephones disappear, and the peak falls on peresmenku - guess why! A friend of his son, who lives in the same room, disappeared from his clothes on the last day, which remained for 20 minutes. in the room 2500 rubles.! The rooms, under the pretext of the need for cleaning, were not to be locked with a key. It came to that for the time of bathing guy gave the leader of the wallet with 3000 rubles. And when asked to return - she pretended that she did not take anything! Then they threw the purse into the toilet. 3. Completely one-way communication with the administration and children, lack of Wi Fi in principle: neither on the website of the tour operator DIAL nor on the page of the Vkontakte camp there are no active telephones for communication, the senior leader frankly was surprised that I could get through to her! The counselor does not take the phone and never calls back. In the 21st century, at least for a certain period of time, at least at one point in the camp, it seems extremely difficult for the administration to organize a Wi-Fi access point for free communication with children by Vayer and Votzap! At usual mobile communication at the son practically only for my entering calls (the Internet at it is disconnected) have removed for 20 days about 700 rubles - it is dear to us roaming of "our" Crimea! 4. A complete lack of medical support for children: for an incomplete 3 weeks out of 18 people, almost 3/4 of the order (according to the son) were ill with some form of acute respiratory disease (by the way, mild, severe symptoms with temperature were 3-4 days) and this in the heat and lack of a cold pool with air conditioning. At the same time, all children were forced to wear headgears, even under a canopy. 5. The children were stolen almost 2 days: everywhere in large letters a period of 21 days is written, but in practice on July 16 they flew to Simferopol at 17-30 and got to the camp at 11 o'clock in the morning, and on the return flight on August 6 at 12 o'clock The guys got up at 5 am and were at the airport already at 8-45! Is it difficult to choose the time of departure flights back / back, so that children at least half a day of these 2 left for rest? 6. This is not a complete list of the "virtues" of the rest of the program "Cocktail" this summer ... Pleases the steadfastness and optimism of our guys when they en route from the airport home in the car, all these beauty vyingly described with laughter and youthful zador! By the way, they also promised to lay out in the networks photo of the covered tables, "gnawed" portions, "dry" pools, etc.

When this problem was fixed, the children shared a bathroom and a toilet with an incomprehensible woman who lived with them in one box, and constantly chased the children out of the bathroom (they say they take it long). Yes, there were adult holidaymakers on the territory of this camp. This issue was discussed when purchasing a voucher. And we were assured that only children and staff of the camp will be on the territory. Vai-Faya was not there or he was disconnected. The connection is disgusting. Mugs opened closer to the middle of the shift. The child was bored. The leaders mixed up the days when children could swim for the first time. In general, complete disorganization. Henceforth, we will never use the services of the Dial-tour and advise nobody, even we will dissuade. The "Cocktail" program, with its experimental changes, will also not be recommended to anyone.

P.S .: in a load to all this, a couple of days before the departure Dial-tour told us that the base of the Cocktail camp was moved from Feodosia to the village of Peschanoye, which also made us, as parents, pretty nervous.

Отсутстсвие кружков, хотя реклама на сайте есть, каждый день проводили концертные выступления и дискотеку, упрощенный такой вариант - однообразие программ наскучило ребенку, в самолете на всю группу туда был только один сопровождающий, дети сидели порознь в разных местах самолета - почему не зарегестрировало агенство места блоком в самолете? а если бы что-то случилось у одного- другого ребенка? На ком ответственность? Писала письма по электронке - обещано был, что их будут передавать - ни разу! Не дозвониться по официальным номерам телефонов. Отсутствие собственной лагерной территории, жизни. Дети жили на территории пансионата, деля территорию с другими, простыми отдыхающими. Странная история с тратой денег, в первые же дни все улетело в ларьке - детей не контролировали на предмет трат, хотя было оговорено, что ребенок будет участвовать в 2 экскурсиях - фактически была только на одной....Почему не было создано общего резерва денег ребенка? Что за бизнес такой на деньгах детей из Москвы у ларька?
