Оценка поставлена на основе одного факта. Факт был признан. Было проведено трудовое расследование по факту. Вожатый наказан за нарушение. Больше он у нас не работает. Были принесены извинения ребенку и вам, родителям. Подобный факт больше не повторился и не повторится.
В лагере действует правило любви безусловной и условной, и про это знают все дети и вожатые. И если появляется какой-то конфликт, а в жизни без них не бывает, то и решаем мы конфликты по любви.
Далее все оценки мне видятся эмоциональной реакцией предыдущего факта.
Вы оценили Питание на 3. Обычно нам ставят 5, и иногда 4
Если вы не забрали со смены ребенка, и ребенок во время смены не пытался вам сообщить о плохом питании, и вы не пытались со мной связаться, как минимум, питание можно оценить на 4 балла. Если питание было бы плохим, то ребенок бы обязательно пожаловался вам.
Мы, будучи маленьким лагерем, по возможности идем навстречу. У нас питались дети на безлактозной диете, дети, которые не едят мясо, мусульмане, дети с аллергиями на продукты.
Безопасность: 1 Это когда много больных, травмированных, убегающих детей, и по территории разгуливают посторонние. Смена отработана - 100% здоровых детей вернулись домой. Также правило нашего лагеря, дети никогда не остаются без присмотра. Напомню, что в лагере всего 40 детей, и мы реально можем это обеспечить и обеспечиваем.
Если проблема только в вожатом, который превысил свои должностные обязанности, и ребенок остался в общем доволен, судя по первой строчке, то предлагаем вам приехать еще раз на льготных условиях и держать с ребенком и со мною плотную связь. Я лично для родителей на связи 24 часа. И если бы с девочкой узнали раньше, то тоже бы решили. Такой случай был однажды. После работы психолога, мальчик и девочка стали друзьями.
У нас специально для этого организована ежедневная связь родителей с детьми, чтобы вы могли нам сообщить то, что волнует детей, так как они по причине того, что первый раз в лагере, еще боятся рассказать вожатым.
Если есть возможность удалить отзыв или изменить его после эмоционального всплеска, который я вполне разделяю, я прошу это сделать.
Еще я размышлял над проблемой вашего ребенка, которую вы заявляли перед сменой. В лагере проблем не было же? То есть все было хорошо? Ваш главный запрос был услышан и удовлетворен? И у меня есть предположение почему эта проблема есть. Если вы свяжетесь со мной я вам покажу причину, и вы сможете остановить ее. И помочь своему ребенку, уберечь от больших неприятностей.

Они оценили лагерь спустя 15 лет и считают его основополагающим в своей жизни. Нашу работу, к сожалению, видео спустя много лет, хотя и на родительском дне видно тоже кое-что. Очень жалеем что не смогли вам показать из-за этого эффект нашей работы.
У нас 7 уровней развития ребенка. К концу программы они обладают навыками эффективных людей и добиваются своих целей.

The lack of a telephone is a blessing for parents and children. Children on the second day forget about him. And 30 minutes a day is enough for parents to keep abreast of events, control the process for their own peace of mind, and for us this is feedback from parents. The weather we have is different, even in the summer of cooling, and it’s difficult for children to remain without a heated hospital for a long time. Now essentially a recall. I wanted to answer in a very detailed manner, but I will try very briefly.
With a rating of "2" for food, they are taken from the camp earlier than on the last day of the shift and not the very first. Moreover, the child called his parents every day, even when his phone was already discharged, dad came to transfer bread of his own production 6 days before the end of the shift and did not pick it up, was at the parent's day, ate and drank with the child and left it for another 2 days .
Parents, if you have questions, we always solve them along the way or in advance. So in this case, we removed the fish from the child’s food at the request of the parents, and this is not an easy task in the conditions of the camp. We even vegetarians live quietly. During the cold days, the parents could not bring the clothes to the child, and we dressed him warmly and gave us boots. My parents and I closely corresponded on all issues daily and around the clock. Not a single question was ignored. All issues have been resolved. Bad weather. It was only 3 days of bad weather. And all remained healthy! All parents were reassured. All children were dressed, even those who did not have clothes. Gave yours. Carefully read the recommendations of the organizers! Pack your things right! Especially to the campground! This is not a sanatorium in Turkey.

Any camp is better than a homeless camp, any suburban camp is better than a city camp, and the campground is generally special (colleagues, do not be offended) only in the campground you can work out life skills and independence in compliance with all sanitary standards.
