The international center "Serdika" is interesting and active youth holiday, a great opportunity to have fun with friends. During all the day animation team works at the beach, the pool and the playground. Resort Golden Sands , located 18 km from Varna – the southern capital of Bulgaria in the eponymous national park, is famous for its beaches and ecology. "Serdika" is a 5-minute walk from the center of the resort.
Accommodation: 3-4 persons per a room with amenities. All rooms are equiped with telephone, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning,hairdryer. A balcony or a loggia with view to the park or the pool.
All-inclusive meals with Swedish board.
The sandy beach is 350 m from the hotel. At sea - all kinds of water activities, safe swimming - a large strip of shallow water and rescue service. For an additional fee – tennis court, bicycle rental, billiards, go-karts, computer room with Internet, sauna, beauty salon, Laundry service.

We went to the camp in July 2019. The daughter (14 years old) was very pleased, an interesting program and good counselors, though in the middle of the shift, for some reason the counselors changed and the latter liked much less. The food was rated "normal" - better than at school. There were favorite dishes, fruits always give. We believe that for a fairly budget price we got everything to the maximum. Regarding the living conditions, everything is fine, there were sockets, no money was stolen. Rest was a success.

I would like to clarify several points:
1. Room without hangers - There are hangers in the rooms and before your recall we did not have a single complaint on this issue, also during your son’s stay in the camp, this complaint was not received at our office. This upsets us very much, as we try to solve all arising domestic issues and problems as quickly as possible. And, if such a situation suddenly occurred that Matvey did not have enough hangers for one reason or another, if we knew this, we would quickly eliminate the current situation.
2. Breakfast is scarce - Children are different, tastes are different, but to call the Turkish "buffet" - meager, we have not heard that before. All the photos of the "buffet" are in our Vkontakte group, this was done just to ensure that parents were sure that their children in the camp did not remain hungry. We are ready to hear your wishes for the breakfast buffet and transfer them to the hotel.

So, as your child is 12 years old, he didn’t have such recommendations and he lived according to the rules of the camp, which could upset him at the sight of children who sometimes got up later or went to bed later.
In any case, there is a regime in the camp, but there are also exceptions for children over 16 years old. Unfortunately, we cannot get away from this.
If there were any cases of buying beer, then explanations were taken from all the children and all the children who violated the camp rules were punished.
Also, parents of such children were informed on all situations.
Children are different, sometimes they break the rules, for 2-3 weeks we are not able to re-educate children.

If you write that the leaders are excellent, then everything was fine and there were no problems at the time of your stay in Serdika. All questions must be solved immediately and on the spot. The level of freedom is under control. Since this is not a children's camp, but a youth center, the degree of freedom is very important. But experienced teachers work, so everyone controls. The main thing in Serdika is a safe and qualitative rest for teenagers and youth.

The team leader brought these reviews and we posted them on our website. As for drinking, we are also against it. But the parenting of children is done by parents, not travel agencies. That's the parents and should fight with drunkenness and properly educate their children. We provide a good, high-quality and safe rest. We hope that you, while in Serdika, did not drink alcohol. For our underage tourists, of course, we are very strict. But the whole hotel can not be controlled. Also note that this is not a children's camp, but a youth center and the hotel has a lot of young people from different cities and countries. We do not have the right to establish our laws among tourists, to which we have nothing to do.
