  •   negative results of feces analysis on helminth eggs (using the Cato method) and enterobiosis (using the adhesive tape method);
  •   main diagnosis;
  •   certificate of the absence of contact with infectious patients at the place of residence and study from the SES (3 days before departure);
  •   mark of the absence of lice, skin diseases.
