Sanatorium-resort complex is located on the very shore of the Black Sea, covers an area of 14 hectares. Territory camps are – magnificent park (2 ha) with unique plantations of coniferous and subtropical crops.

Дети часто предоставлены сами себе
Статистика в приложении родительского контроля об этом говорит. Даже если по вашей просьбе заберут у ребёнка телефон, то на ночь его отдают, и тут уже ребёнок не спит ночью, а сидит в телефоне!
Также дети сидели перед телевизором. Пристрастился к каналу 2х2 с не самым лучшим контентом. Странно для лагеря на море держать детей в помещении, причём и вечерами, когда жары нет.
Питание - еда холодная, кругом сидят мухи.
Безопасность - в море купайся как хочешь, не умеешь плавать, умеешь - не важно.

Уважаемая Ирина!
Очень жаль, что у вас сложилось негативное впечатление от программы.
Телефоны мы действительно не отбираем у детей, и большинство родителей как раз приветствуют это, особенно в младших отрядах, т.к. им спокойнее, если ребенок всегда на связи.
В помещении мы детей держим только во время непогоды, а в ваш заезд как раз были дожди. Когда погода позволяет - мы даже занятия по образовательным направлениям проводим на улице - фото отчеты об этом были ежедневно в родительском чате. Вечерние мероприятия так же проводились ежедневно.
По питанию - ни одного вопроса от вас не поступало за весь период отдыха. У нас прекрасный шведский стол - линия подогревается, поэтому еда никак не может быть холодной. Выбор большой - и вы так же видели это в родительском чате - вожатый регулярно отправлял вам фото шведской линии и что выбирали дети.

Мы работаем 20 лет по организации детских тематических программ. Мы отбираем тщательно педагогический состав и вожатых, учитываем опыт работы с детьми, позитивность, любовь к детям и желание создавать детям яркие каникулы. Приносим извинения, что вашему ребенку не понравилось. Каждый ребенок индивидуальный и у всех разное мнение.
Мы, благодарны и рады что многие дети получили прекрасные впечатления о нашей программе и возвращаются.
По питанию ,да и июне было отравление, причины не установлены, возможно дети покупали еду у пляжа. Мы передали вопросы по питанию в столовую и контролировали питание и июль, август проблем с питанием не было.
