The Eclipse equestrian program is designed for children and adolescents aged 12-16 years. The training base of the program, which includes a stable, riding arena for riding and a magnificent huge park for horseback riding, is literally 50 meters from our camp. Throughout the camp shift, experienced instructors are trained with children who have received special training and have pedagogical skills.

Children's Health Camp " Forest " located in the picturesque area of Moscow region, in the forested area of the recreation center « Green Town » in the pension « Salute » (Kostino village, Pushkinskiy district, Moscow region). The camp is located only 38 km from Moscow along the Yaroslavl highway. 4 hectares of territory are literally buried in the green of the trees, making the guys very comfortable even on the hottest days. &Nbsp;

Children are offered in two versions: with conveniences on the block and with conveniences on the floor. The following accommodation options are available:

Accommodation 2 + 4 people. (amenities per unit)

Program participants are accommodated in block rooms for 2-4 people in a room with shared facilities. All rooms are equipped with central heating and hot water, cold and hot water are served around the clock. Each room has beds, bedside tables, chairs, cabinets, shelves for storing shoes, dryers for shoes and outerwear. There is a combined bathroom on the block. Wet cleaning is done twice a day, bed linen is changed every 7 days.

Bathrooms and shower rooms are equipped with a central water supply system, cold and hot water are supplied around the clock. Meals: The dining room has two dining rooms and is designed for 320 seats. Children are fed according to the 10-day menu approved by Rospotrebnadzor. Children eat five once a day. The diet includes meat, fish and vegetable dishes. Meals are organized in the format of a distribution line. Products are delivered only by trusted suppliers.

Security and health services:

The order in the camp is monitored by security officers, in the daytime and at night they make a tour of the territory and are on duty at the checkpoint. The camp area is fenced and has a round-the-clock video surveillance system, access to the territory is allowed only to camp staff. All buildings have internal video cameras, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. Camp staff and counselors are instructed on the actions to be taken when a fire alarm is triggered and / or a fire occurs

Main program:

For all participants

Every day two hours of riding with experienced trainers on sports and training horses. Depending on the child’s preparation, the instructor organizes classes: for beginners and those who first mounted a horse – competent consistent training for riders with experience – classes are more difficult (overcoming obstacles) and dressage.
Vaulting classes – gymnastics on a horse. Perfectly develop the vestibular apparatus, the feeling of a horse, agility, adjust the landing.
Horseback riding in the forest (for riders of any level).
Women’s riding (for girls) and horse riding (for boys).
Horse training, horse brood, theoretical training.

The program consists of three stages and includes:

preparatory course, where pupils get acquainted with horses, learn to care for them, get acquainted with mandatory safety requirements and study the individual characteristics of animals.
the main course, during which the first independent trips to the arena begin, and theoretical knowledge is fixed in practice.
final course, which summarizes the preparation and determines the best cadets. The result of the course will be a participation in a large trekking trip and camping in the forest, a meeting of dawn and songs by the fire. &Nbsp;

According to the results of the shift, the best pupils will be awarded with memorable gifts and certificates of completion of a riding course.

1 этап:

В первые дни дети проходят ознакомительный курс по вводной программе:

знакомство с лагерем,
знакомство с программой,
техника безопасности,
правила поведения на воде и на суше,
базовые теоретические основы судостроения.

На последующих занятиях дети изучают:

морскую терминологию,
базовые морские узлы,
оказание первой медицинской помощи,
устройство швертбота,
устройство паруса, рей и мачты яла,
распределение судовых ролей,
базовые команды,
правила посадки и размещения в шлюпке,
правила управления гребной лодкой,
правила подхода и отхода от пирса (подход носом, кормой, правым и левым бортом),
правила разворотов лодки,
постановку на якорь.

2 этап:

Во время основного этапа дети изучают:

такелаж (паруса, канаты, узлы, веревки),
рангоут (мачты, рулевое устройство, корпус),
теорию и практику гребли,
ял (устройство, выход на воду, постановка паруса, швартовка),

Дети учатся:

управлять лодкой,
делать рыбные удочки из подручных материалов,
устанавливать палатку,
разводить костер.

3 этап:

По окончании курса участники освоят морскую терминологию, изучат основные морские узлы, самостоятельно изготовят парусник, получат навыки первичного управления парусно-вёсельным швертботом и смогут в дальнейшем совершать походы по рекам и водохранилищам.

What to take with:	Dear parents, when collecting your suitcase for a child, make sure that he knows all things well. We also recommend that you make a written list of things and familiarize your child with the contents of his baggage. Things should be signed, as children often confuse their things with the things of other children or forget them in the camp. At the end of the shift, all items found fall into the storage room.
