The younger groups of players live in the legendary sports complex of the city of Nymburk, which is located on the bank of the River Laba. In addition to the hotel part of the complex offers a large dining room, swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, various sports halls, tennis, volleyball courts and beach volleyball courts, football fields, treadmills and mini golf. The sports center is located near the city center. Transport between the sports center and the ice palace will be provided by our bus.
Senior players will be accommodated in the Ice Arena hotel near the ice palace. Players who live in a hotel near the ice palace will also enjoy all the sports facilities of the sports complex, which will house the younger groups.
Accompanying we offer accommodation in 2015 an updated part of the hotel sports center. Accommodation in this complex will allow parents to use all the services offered by the sports center (jacuzzi, swimming pool, fitness room, tennis courts ...) and simultaneously be near the children. You will not only be able to live in cozy rooms, but will be at the center of all activities. In addition to sports facilities, the hotel also offers a bar, lobby and shops along the Laba River, where you can sit on a warm summer evening, or a bike or roller track. Our bus, which will move regularly on the highway sports center - the ice palace and back, you without any problems at any time will take you to the city center.

Each group has its own supervisor (or two supervisors) who take care of the players for a whole week. This person is responsible for the safety of children during the camp program. She or he cares that the players are always on time in the right place. Therefore, no one will miss breakfast, lunch, dinner, or exercise. They are also ready to provide basic medical services for children. Do not worry about the welfare of your children in our camp. We will take care of them around the clock.

Main program:

During training on ice, coaches will regularly make video recordings, with which they will then be able to conduct video analysis directly on the ice or later in the classroom. Thus, feedback is provided, so that the goalkeeper himself sees his mistakes, and can avoid them.

We continue to use the so-called. Goalie Band. This revolutionary method of training goalkeepers suits the player of every age and level. Thanks to him, the goalkeepers will learn how to correctly occupy a position at the gate and when they are too far away in them, they will be delicately warned. Using the Goalie Band in a real game situation, goalkeepers get used to the correct position in the goal and automatically occupy it, so the place to throw the puck becomes limited.

Training on ice

We will help you improve the basics of your technique and style. You can improve your effectiveness in many game situations with the participation of shooters in training.

Together with the coach Govoroy on the ice there are four goalkeeper trainers. Thus on the ice between players and coaches there is a ratio of 4: 1, so all goalkeepers will be given some attention.

Ground Training

The ground training program includes hand-eye / foot-hand exercises to improve reaction speed, flexibility, dexterity, balance and stamina, and thus maintain your speed and self-confidence in gate.

Class

In the class, players prepare for all parts of the match. Our coaches also put forward the theme of mental preparation, which a successful goalkeeper is undoubtedly needed. Daily video-analyzes pass through small groups. Goalkeepers record everything in their hockey diary.
