Main program:

During the change of the guys, there will be 6 days of fascinating football training (2-3 workouts per day) using a unique method of teaching football and freestyle football.

In the training process, a wide range of various tools is used for professional, effective and interesting training, such as: balls of different sizes, coordination staircases, balancing platforms, weigher equipment and much more.

The highlight of our programs is still testing using professional equipment – measuring the running speed, measuring the force of impact (speed of flight of the ball), measuring the range of heart rate and other indicators. This test is carried out twice, at the beginning and at the end of the shift

Day schedule:

Training session 1

9:30 - 11: 00 The first workout. Warm up, study of light technical skills. Football freestyle.

11:00 – 12: 00 Small rest and preparation for the second workout.

Training session 2

12:00 – 13: 30 The second training aimed at developing technical and tactical actions on the field. &Nbsp;

13:30 – 16: 00 Break for lunch and rest.

Training session 3

16:00 – 17: 30 Third training – game, including the development of skills obtained at the first training sessions.

The overall atmosphere in the camp is very friendly, the kids really like it! My daughter was the first time (12 years). She liked everything. She just noted that she did not have enough time to enjoy the conversation with the horses, although they took extra time. (not always possible to book extra time). cooked very tasty! There was not enough fruit (they were of course, but not enough).

2 weeks - very little. I would like more, tk. I do not want to leave (I repeat). There are no discos, only farewell at the end of the shift (but it's very steep).
