The unique development territory IYC I &Camp!

- На официальном сайте лагеря Мандарин подробно указано, что входит в стоимость путевки, а именно: проживание в 6-местных номерах с удобствами, 5-разовое питание по системе шведский стол, пользование всей инфраструктурой лагеря, включая бассейны и оборудованный пляж, участие в уникальной программе лагеря, которая включает в себя более 25 активностей в день от профессионалов своего дела.
- На территории лагеря есть много фонтанчиков с питьевой водой, дети о них знают и проблем с питьевой водой нет
- Выпечка подаётся и на полдник, и на завтрак, и на обед - разные виды изделий. Расходы ребенка в магазине родитель может легко контролировать лимитом.
- Стоимость поездки в аквапарк складывается из стоимости входного билета, аренды автобусов, работы сопровождения, сухих пайков итд. У родителя и ребенка всегда есть выбор из списка экскурсий или вовсе не посещать экскурсии.
- Благодарим, что оценили обширность программы лагеря. Действительно, на каждой смене в лагере Мандарин проходит профильная Неделя Росатома в рамках сотрудничества лагеря с Концерном "Росэнергоатом". В программе дети принимают участие по желанию, как и в других активностях лагеря. Отметим, что данная программа значительно расширяет кругозор ребят в знаниях робототехники и программирования, оказания первой медицинской помощи, использования мирного атома в обычной жизни. И такой дополнительный курс также уже входит в стоимость путевки всех ребят!
Надеемся, что Таисия осталась довольна отдыхом в лагере и в памяти осталось только хорошее! Всегда рады видеть Таисию на отдых снова!

Добрый день!
В лагере каждый день работало более 20 кружков, студий и спортивных секций. Об этом было указано в афише дня, которая висела в отрядных холлах у детей и в других общественных местах лагеря, также афиша выкладывалась на сайте и в соцсетях лагеря. Возможно, на особо популярные кружки могла образоваться очередь, однако имея желание, каждый ребенок мог в любой день попасть на нужный кружок.
Для безопасного отдыха детей на заезде был организован осмотр вещей, в ходе которого изымались предметы, запрещенные к провозу в лагерь. Также при обнаружении изымались предметы в ходе смены.
Если у вас имеются замечания к конкретным сотрудникам (вожатым, руководителям кружков), для эффективной работы просим изложить их письменно и с именами на почту pr@chernomor.com

Рады, что Вы и Ваш ребенок смогли по достоинству оценить развивающую программу лагеря, территорию. Мы стараемся каждый год удивлять наших клиентов новыми кружками и студиями, новинками в инфраструктуре.
Что касается тараканов - их в лагере нет. Такие вопросы строго контролируются администрацией лагеря и и компетентными органами. Это были крымские жуки, занесенные в красную книгу. Лето - период их активности, когда вечером они появляются, а утром исчезают, как будто и не было! Вожатые вечером проходят по комнатам детей, чтобы выключить свет и закрыть окна и шторы. Горничные всячески помогают в уборке помещений. Мы делаем все, чтобы снизить дискомфорт от жуков.
Очень приятно, что ребенок хочет вернуться в лагерь снова. У нас уже открыты продажи путевок на осенние, зимние и весенние каникулы в лагере "Ай-Кэмп" с крутыми тематиками и по приятной цене. Будем ждать вас на отдых!

Добрый день!

По поводу моря и бассейна. Пляж лагеря и бассейн были готовы к заезду детей. Администрация лагеря всячески способствует купанию детей и развлечениям на море и у бассейна. Однако погода на 1 смене была не на нашей стороне.
Как только прогрелся бассейн до температуры 22 градуса, мы запустили купание детей. То же самое и с морем. В дни, когда море штормило и было холодным, дети выходили на пляж на прогулки, играли, участвовали в анимации и разных конкурсах.
Онлайн веб камеры работали исправно всю смену.
По поводу кафе - возможна была установка лимита на траты в день. Экскурсии не проводятся уже второй год, согласно требованиям Роспотребнадзора.
Очень жаль, что нам не повезло с погодой в этом июне, однако команда лагеря старалась, чтобы отдых детей был насыщенным и интересным.

Прекрасные бытовые условия, большой выбор развлечений.

Минимальная дисциплина. Ребенок мог спать до обеда и по сути был посвящен сам себе. Если проблема с дисциплиной у ребенка- то его никто не встряхивает и он просто ничем не занят кроме гаджетов.

Быстро оформили документы и приняли ребёнка. Безопасность.

Тараканы в номерах, саранча на балконе, полотенце с дыркой, дети ночами не спали, никто не контролировал режим от слова совсем. Детям приходилось спать по 2 человека на одном месте, боялись чёрных Жуков-тараканов. Выбрали этот лагерь по рекомендации знакомых и восторженным отзывам детей в предыдущие годы. В этом году цены на путёвки подняли, а качество услуг похоже снизили. Очень высокие цены на территории лагеря. То, что вы отвечаете, что тараканов на территории нет, неправда, есть фото у ребёнка личинка тарана в номере (это информация для других родителей), можете сколько угодно и дальше отрицать!

Очень приятно, что ребенок хочет вернуться в лагерь снова. У нас уже открыты продажи путевок на осенние, зимние и весенние каникулы в лагере "Ай-Кэмп" с крутыми тематиками и по приятной цене. Будем ждать вас на отдых!

S.v. about camp program «I&Camp»

Так как на территорию лагеря родителей не пускают, не могу объективно оценить преимущества.

Мнение нашей семьи (дочь 8 лет) смена с 25.07.20-10.08.20) - для ребенка до 11-12 лет в этом лагере делать нечего. 75000 рублей (за 16 дней) что мы заплатили за путевку--просто выброшены на ветер. 25.07.20 в 12.30 на КПП у нас забрали ребенка. В 17.20 позвонила дочка и сказала что она хочет кушать! на вопрос где она - ответ - в номере. Пыталась дозвониться по номерам указанным на сайте - ни один не отвечал. Дозвонилась в агентство из Санкт-Петербурга, где купили путевку. Обещали разобраться. Из лагеря перезвонили через 10 мин.На мой вопрос: почему ребенок до сих пор не кормлен и сидит одна в номере, ответ--сейчас мы ей покажем где находится столовая!!! Это при том что нам обещали: 5 разовое питание, тотальный контроль вожатых (отдельная тема вожатых--они заняты собой), кружки--если успеешь первым прибежать.
В комнатах кондиционеров нет, москитных сеток нет (т.е духота и комары). С первого дня плакала, просилась домой. Девочку из ее комнаты забрали на 5 сутки, мы забрали не добыв 3 дня (она еще и простыла). Ребенок по существу был предоставлен сам себе, организовано только под присмотром море и бассейн (слава богу!), остальное время--занимай себя сам. Для подростков это наверное классно, для малышат-ужас!

Расписание работы ресторана вожатые доносят до детей, а в день заезда ресторан работает целый день, специально для того, чтобы дети смогли покушать.
- Тотального контроля в лагере нет и быть не может. Наши менеджеры всегда разъясняют клиентам, что философия лагеря основана на уважении к личности ребенка и свободе выбора. У нас в лагере не заставляют, не ходят строем, у нас договариваются. Вожатые выступают наставниками для детей, информируют о всех активностях лагеря, знакомят с территорией, предлагают участие в мероприятиях, помогают по всем вопросам - но не осуществляют тотальный контроль.

Интересная программа для детей. Хорошие условия проживания. Бассейны и СПА комплекс просто на зависть соседним отелям. Очень понравились правила лагеря: детям всегда есть чем заняться и у них есть свобода выбора (не ходят строем). Моя девочка впервые поехала в лагерь, вожатые помогли в адаптации. Отдельное спасибо медсестре и врачу, при появлении признаков простуды вызывали, следили за состоянием, полоскали, капали, прыскали. Ребенок счастлив. Просит в следующим летом на 2 смены.

We agree with the children not to interfere with each other's rest, not to use foul language, to respect every person (be it a roommate, counselor, maid, director, etc.). In exchange, we promise the guys to give them a good night's sleep, to give the right to choose clubs and studios and activities for the day, we promise to organize their holidays as comfortable and interesting as possible. For non-fulfillment of clauses of the contract, punishments are discussed, up to and including expulsion from the camp.
