Here children will enjoy comfortable sunny rooms for 6 people with all amenities, a buffet, waterslides and a swimming pool, healing pine air and a pebble beach, as well as paintball, climbing wall and a football field, a lot of wi-fi zones in the hammock area .

- На официальном сайте лагеря Мандарин подробно указано, что входит в стоимость путевки, а именно: проживание в 6-местных номерах с удобствами, 5-разовое питание по системе шведский стол, пользование всей инфраструктурой лагеря, включая бассейны и оборудованный пляж, участие в уникальной программе лагеря, которая включает в себя более 25 активностей в день от профессионалов своего дела.
- На территории лагеря есть много фонтанчиков с питьевой водой, дети о них знают и проблем с питьевой водой нет
- Выпечка подаётся и на полдник, и на завтрак, и на обед - разные виды изделий. Расходы ребенка в магазине родитель может легко контролировать лимитом.
- Стоимость поездки в аквапарк складывается из стоимости входного билета, аренды автобусов, работы сопровождения, сухих пайков итд. У родителя и ребенка всегда есть выбор из списка экскурсий или вовсе не посещать экскурсии.
- Благодарим, что оценили обширность программы лагеря. Действительно, на каждой смене в лагере Мандарин проходит профильная Неделя Росатома в рамках сотрудничества лагеря с Концерном "Росэнергоатом". В программе дети принимают участие по желанию, как и в других активностях лагеря. Добрый день!
В лагере каждый день работало более 20 кружков, студий и спортивных секций. Об этом было указано в афише дня, которая висела в отрядных холлах у детей и в других общественных местах лагеря, также афиша выкладывалась на сайте и в соцсетях лагеря. Возможно, на особо популярные кружки могла образоваться очередь, однако имея желание, каждый ребенок мог в любой день попасть на нужный кружок.
Для безопасного отдыха детей на заезде был организован осмотр вещей, в ходе которого изымались предметы, запрещенные к провозу в лагерь. Также при обнаружении изымались предметы в ходе смены.
Если у вас имеются замечания к конкретным сотрудникам (вожатым, руководителям кружков), для эффективной работы просим изложить их письменно и с именами на почту pr@chernomor.com

Рады, что Вы и Ваш ребенок смогли по достоинству оценить развивающую программу лагеря, территорию. Мы стараемся каждый год удивлять наших клиентов новыми кружками и студиями, новинками в инфраструктуре.
Что касается тараканов - их в лагере нет. Такие вопросы строго контролируются администрацией лагеря и и компетентными органами. Это были крымские жуки, занесенные в красную книгу. Лето - период их активности, когда вечером они появляются, а утром исчезают, как будто и не было! Вожатые вечером проходят по комнатам детей, чтобы выключить свет и закрыть окна и шторы. Горничные всячески помогают в уборке помещений. Мы делаем все, чтобы снизить дискомфорт от жуков.
Очень приятно, что ребенок хочет вернуться в лагерь снова. У нас уже открыты продажи путевок на осенние, зимние и весенние каникулы в лагере "Ай-Кэмп" с крутыми тематиками и по приятной цене. Будем ждать вас на отдых!

По поводу моря и бассейна. Пляж лагеря и бассейн были готовы к заезду детей. Администрация лагеря всячески способствует купанию детей и развлечениям на море и у бассейна. Однако погода на 1 смене была не на нашей стороне.
Как только прогрелся бассейн до температуры 22 градуса, мы запустили купание детей. То же самое и с морем. В дни, когда море штормило и было холодным, дети выходили на пляж на прогулки, играли, участвовали в анимации и разных конкурсах.
Онлайн веб камеры работали исправно всю смену.
По поводу кафе - возможна была установка лимита на траты в день. Экскурсии не проводятся уже второй год, согласно требованиям Роспотребнадзора.
Очень жаль, что нам не повезло с погодой в этом июне, однако команда лагеря старалась, чтобы отдых детей был насыщенным и интересным.

Если путевку получить бесплатно, то лагерь хороший. Но если оплачивать полностью, то лучше поискать другой лагерь. Шесть тыс руб в сутки- это стоимость одного дня в классном СПА-отеле по системе ВСЕ ВКЛЮЧЕНО. А что в МАНДАРИНЕ? По 6 человек в номере? Нет элементарных кулеров в коридорах корпусов, хотя бы одного в холле. И это в такую жару. В ПАРУСЕ ( Евпатория) , жили по 4 человека, кулеры, автомат с кофе в холле, питание не хуже. И все это дешевле в 2 РАЗА.
По питанию. Однообразие фруктов, выпечка раз в день на сонник. Вкусная. Очень. Почему не печь больше и чаще? Ответ- чтоб дети ходили в магазин на территории где все по высоким ценам. Вообщем питание для лагеря с такими ценами оставляет желать лучшего.
Экскурсии. Можно узнать с как поездка в аквапарк стоит 3900р? И это при том что цена на сайте аквапарка - 2400 на целый день.

Мест в кружках мало, не успел занять очередь до начала работы кружка, не попал🥺 Из ежедневных походов на роспись камней, оба ребёнка попали только дважды и хамовитая руководитель кружка на 5 смене с мастеркласса по куклам, сына выгнала, хотя место было, сказав, что все мальчики Рукожопые😱
Старших очень многих пропустили в лагерь с электронными сигаретами, курили в комнатах ( девочки), на замечания некурящих, устроили им буллинг и вожатые давили, что нехорошо ябедничать😳 работа отдельных вожатых просто отвратительна!

В лагере каждый день работало более 20 кружков, студий и спортивных секций. Об этом было указано в афише дня, которая висела в отрядных холлах у детей и в других общественных местах лагеря, также афиша выкладывалась на сайте и в соцсетях лагеря. Возможно, на особо популярные кружки могла образоваться очередь, однако имея желание, каждый ребенок мог в любой день попасть на нужный кружок.
Для безопасного отдыха детей на заезде был организован осмотр вещей, в ходе которого изымались предметы, запрещенные к провозу в лагерь. Также при обнаружении изымались предметы в ходе смены.

Лагерь " Мандарин" - первый лагерь в котором моя дочь провела время с удовольствием и ни разу не попросилась домой). Каждый день насыщен активностями и событиями на любой вкус: хочешь танцуй) хочешь участвуй в мастер классах, хочешь занимайся йогой или посвяти время прокачке иностранных языков.
Понравилась возможность следить за жизнью лагеря через соц сети, инстаграм и вк, все ясно и прозрачно. Вожатые всегда на связи, в случае какого-то вопроса в течении дня всегда получала ответ.
Хорошее питание, разнообразное на любой вкус ребенка.

Преимущества за деньги, которые мы заплатили - нет. От слова "совсем".

Первый поток 2021 года. Привезли детей ничего не подготовлено, бассейн не заполнен, никто ничего не знает такое ощущение что весь персонал заехал туда до прибытия детей за 15 минут!!! На море за 21 один день дети были 2 раза. Бассейн запустили уже после половины времени нахождения!!! Персонал ничего не знает, ответ получить на элементарный вопрос бесполезно. Такое сложилось мнение, что дети там просто принадлежат сами себе.
Ну и конечно самое главное это платный бар - это вообще ужас, кто вообще до этого додумался открыть его??? Чтобы дети поехали на оздоровление, а сидели в номерах с чипсами и кока колой. Да конечно я оставил денег детям для того, чтобы вдруг они поедут куда то на экскурсию или мероприятие. Но потом я не смог объяснить что в баре покупать моим нельзя, а другим можно. По приезду мы увидев чеки, были шокированы, чем они питались в баре.
Для справки скажу, чтоб вы сразу не говорили что была плохая погода и холодная вода, мы находились все эти дни за 30 км от Песчаного на пляже мы не были из 21 дня 4. И дети 1,5 и 3х лет купались. Температура моря была 22-23 градуса. Как я должен объяснить детям что их маленькие сестры купались и едут домой довольные и загорелые. А старшие как "поганки" белые, просидевшие по номерам и в баре. Кстати когда покупали путевки нам сказали что будут онлайн камеры и мы увидим весь лагерь т.к. нас туда не пускали, итого с горем пополам на 7 день подключили 2. Одна из них бассейн который почти не работал.

The first time it was scary to send a child alone to a camp at sea. But at the airport everything was organized very nicely - the children gathered everyone together, told what and how they would be on the road, where they were going and how they should carry themselves. Everyone was immediately introduced to each other, and as my mother, it was no longer so scary for a child. Delivery of children to the camp itself was also well organized. My son began to grow before my eyes! It is wonderful that one can not carry the child to the camp, but it is possible to pass along to the attendants and not worry so much for the child. My son first traveled so far himself, but the most interesting thing was that he liked everything very much and he didn’t even go to his house (as often happens in other places). The camp is just great! Swedish table that only you like. Swimming pools on the territory, various recreation areas, you can freely move around the camp during the day. 2. Бассейн. Очень понравились горки. Нравилось нырять. Знают всех спасателей по именам Егор, Саша, Антон, Алексей, Александр.
3. Столовая. Очень вкусно готовят. Больше всего понравилось желе. Ульяна ела рыбный суп (самый не любимый), чтобы на десерт получить желе.
4. Английский язык. «Ничего не понимала, но любила смотреть мультики»

1.Плохо продуманная логистика заезда/выезда(из Санкт-Петербурга),дети потеряли два дня.Прилет поздно вечером, детей даже не покормили,выезд в 5 утра, правда покормили,но не все дети готовы есть в 5 утра.Можно сухпаек организовать было,вылет в 10.00.
2.Спрашивал о возможности экскурсии для ребенка в ICAMP, что бы легче было отправить на следующий год,но вожатый проводившей для меня экскурсию по лагерю просто сказал извините "не предусмотрено".
3.Ребенок хорошо плавает и организация купания на равне с неумеющими плавать вызывает у него грусть.По его словам :"мелко,камни, нырять нельзя.одно название, что приехали купаться в море".Может можно организовать раздельное купание для умеющих и неумеющих плавать.
4.Из пожеланий ребенка, чтобы еды хватало всем,а то вкусные блюда достаются тем кто раньше пришел.

Экскурсия в "I&Сamp" для детей из "Мандарина", действительна не предусмотрена. Но это можно сделать на Спортивной смене, Танцевальной, когда финальные мероприятия проводятся в "I&Сamp" и ребята из "Мандарина" приезжают на соревнования или батл.

На территории лагеря работает магазин (мороженое, соки и т.д.), цены кусаются, но детей это на пути к мороженому не останавливает. Имейте ввиду, что лучше отдавать деньги администратору с лимитом выдачи в день.
Мы ездили на 21 день и попали в пересменок. Получилось, что в главных мероприятиях смен мы и не поучаствовали. Еще и весь отряд в середине нашего отдыха поменялся.
