The camp program is built in such a way that in the current for are 2-3 workouts:

The morning warm-up takes place in an easy format, exercises for the muscles under dynamic, invigorating music.
At the first training, the children are divided into groups, depending on the age and level of preparation. Each group undergoes certain stations: dribbling, shock training, feints, passes, football freestyle, etc.
The second training is aimed at consolidating the passed material, playing exercises of different formats and football.

The overall atmosphere in the camp is very friendly, the kids really like it! My daughter was the first time (12 years). She liked everything. She just noted that she did not have enough time to enjoy the conversation with the horses, although they took extra time. (not always possible to book extra time). cooked very tasty! There was not enough fruit (they were of course, but not enough).
