  1. HELP FROM THE PLACE OF COURSE, if the child is studying. The certificate from the school must be signed by the official and stamped, and must be issued no earlier than one month at the time of the appeal. The help should contain the following information:

  3. EVIDENCE OF THE SPONSOR'S PAYMENT for the duration of your stay in Spain. Evidence can serve as an extract from the bank on the availability of funds on the account. The statement must be issued on the bank's letterhead, signed by an official and certified by the bank's seal. This document must be issued no earlier than one month at the time of the request.

  4. COPY OF THE CERTIFICATE OF THE CHILD'S BIRTH.

  5. If the child travels alone or accompanied by third parties, a copy of the notarized travel authorization must be provided from both parents.   11. CONFIRMATION OF HOTEL RESERVATION for the duration of your stay in Spain. The confirmation should contain the following information:

- surname and name of each guest;

- reservation confirmation number;

- the date of entry;

- departure date;

- name, address, telephone and fax number of the hotel.

  1. CONFIRMATION OF TICKET BOOKING back and forth.

  2. ORIGINAL OF PREVIOUS IMPRINT.

  3. A COMPLETE COPY OF PREVIOUS PREPARATION (all pages, including empty ones). A copy of the passport must be made by 4 turns on one sheet.

  4. COPY OF THE RUSSIAN PASSPORT (all pages, including empty ones). A copy of the passport must be made on 4 spreads on one sheet. Is granted if the child has reached the age of 14 years.

NOTES

  1. Applicants with a residence permit (registration) in St. Petersburg, Pskov, Novgorod, Kaliningrad, Murmansk and the relevant regions, as well as the Republic of Karelia, must apply for a visa to the Visa Centers in St. Petersburg or Kaliningrad.   8. The duration and frequency of the visa are always determined strictly by the decision of the Consul.

  9. The visa can not be attached to the page of the passport, the reverse side of which is occupied by another visa (regardless of the country that issued the visa and its validity period).
