Kurtna Youth Sports and Recreation Camp is located in the north-east of Estonia near Jõhvi town in Ida-Virumaa County, 50 km from Narva, and is located in the nature conservation area of the Illuka Parish Reserve, between the Kurtna Lakes. This is the largest and most beautiful lake system in Estonia, located in the northern part of Iizaku-Illuka-Kurtna and includes 11 lakes and other natural forms.

The result from June to today's day the child could go only on July 17 to another camp! For a shorter period-the money (the difference) was NOT RETURNED !!!!

For the autumn vacation, 4 "my" a child (daughter, sister and daughter-in-law, daughters and sisters). Let's go on the points:
1) General organization. I liked everything very much from the first call, told in detail, answered all questions, provided all possible assistance (with visas, insurance, permission samples, etc.), answered the letters within a few hours, reported for every step, in tons .h. and during the trip (crossed the border - call back, drove to the camp - ringing). Every mom from " my " children rang, chewed, a hundred times answered the same questions, told in detail about the program, teachers. In general, I was very happy with the organizational process (and the rest of my moms too).
2) Accommodation conditions and meals. Here I can not say much, but the Finns are Finns. Standard Finnish cottages, drying cabinets, heat in houses, carpets everywhere. Meals are buffet style.
3) The program. There's a big five with a plus. For a week to have time SO much! Every minute was painted (sent the program in advance), and it was ALL done - rock climbing, swimming pool, skating, bowling, curling, archery, shooting range, T-shirts, English sea (set the performance for a week!), Trampoline. In the evenings a mafia, a disco, conversations by the fireplace. And of course walks, etc. No matter how you call, the children are busy all the time. "Okay, Mom, while, for now, they call me, it's time for me to run." And, the program is made so that while they have time to relax, and gain impressions, and friends. In general, the program is still the best of all that I have come across (and we often travel to foreign camps).
4) There were enough staff. And the counselor, who was fidgeting with our little one, and a psychologist who taught not to quarrel, and the teacher of English is separate. In the camp, the Finnish instructor was especially noted))) all the girls fell in love with everyone and with enthusiasm then told about him)))
5) And, finally, on the ratio of price / quality. We got tickets at a discount (first), with the road went to 30 thousand + visa. For such a rich program and contented children I think this price is optimal.

Of the real here are the straightforward shortcomings only that Finnish children of ours were afraid and did not communicate (but this is not the fault of the organizers, but rather of our children). Then their accounting department was mistaken, then there is nobody, then the manager left (he alone ?!). 38652 rubles. Plus 700 rubles for the transfer. So I think scammers or not?
