Required documents for obtaining a visa:

• Filled out « VISA for the visa » (in the case of a visa through the Insight-Lingua ») or the APPLICANT's Questionnaire (a printed electronic questionnaire with the signature of the applicant – in case of a separate visa application);
• A foreign passport (valid for at least 6 months from the date of submission to the Embassy), there must be at least one free full turn in the passport
• 2 color photographs (to be taken within the last 6 months, size 3.5x4.5 cm without corners and ovals, white background, thick photographic paper, clear facial features and outlines of shoulders, the size from the crown to the chin should be about 3 cm);
• ORIGINAL of the certificate of employment (for employees) on the letterhead with the stamp, address and telephone number, e-mail address and website, indicating the date of employment and the average monthly salary
• ORIGINAL of the certificate from the Institute and a photocopy of the student card and all completed pages of the record book (for students), indicating the course. If the student does not leave during the vacation period, the permission of the training part is required;
• ORIGINAL of the certificate from the school (for schoolchildren) indicating the class;
• ORIGINAL of the certificate from the place of work of parents (for students traveling at the expense of parents) on a letterhead with the indication of the position and salary with the stamp and signature of the head (if the parent is a director, then the signature of the deputy director and the chief accountant is desirable); For short-term language programs up to 4 weeks, the sponsor's aggregate income of at least 85,000 rubles per month is acceptable.
• ORIGINAL bank statement or photocopy of a savings book
• If there is a property (apartment, car, cottage, garage, land plot) issued in your name, provide photocopies of certificates or a vehicle passport; in the presence of shares — extract from the register of shareholders
• Previous overseas passports — ORIGINAL;
• For children under 18 years — photocopy of the notarized power of attorney for departure (if with 1 parent, then from 2 nd parent, if without parents — permission for independent departure). The power of attorney or permission must be in Russian and English.
• Copies of documents of education received by the Applicant (for a study visa) from the age of 11 (certificate, diplomas, certificates, certificates from courses).
• If the names of parents / sponsors and applicants differ, it is necessary to document the relationship (birth certificate, certificate of change of name, marriage certificate).
• When submitting documents, all applicants, starting from the age of 14 years, must have a valid internal Russian passport with them. Children under 14 years old must bring the original birth certificate with them.
• For children under 18 years of age - a photocopy of the birth certificate, a copy of 2 pages of the parent's civil passport (the first page with the photo and the page with the residence permit); older than 18 years of photocopy 2 pages of the client's civil passport (first page with photo and page with residence permit)

Warning! All documents submitted must be accompanied by a literal translation into English and be certified by an interpreter!   All translations must be submitted together with the originals. The document with the translation should contain the following information:

• Confirm that the translation corresponds to the original
• the date on which the transfer was made
• full name of the translator, qualification and his signature
• translator contact information

• bank invoice
• by cash in company office

• Accommodation,
• food,
• The program.
