It is located in the picturesque place of Kassandra, around the woods with coniferous trees, very clean air. A good beach in a separate cove. Presentable reception, excellent security, young, active and attentive staff.
A busy entertainment program, the child never misses.

- Negative

I did not pay attention to the conditions of accommodation: in the small houses, the accommodation of 8-10 people is too much. In summer, in a heat in a small room without air conditioners and fumigators - to fall asleep and maintain a healthy sleep is quite difficult. I think that in houses there should be no more than 4-5 people. The number of residents should be reduced by half. According to the child's assessment, the food was not particularly diverse. The general impression is positive.

First of all, we note that the charter of the camp fully corresponds to the description on the official website, where information about the placement of children is indicated. Regarding air conditioners, we note that they really do not exist in the children's rooms and this service is not announced on the official website. The lack of air conditioners in the houses is due to the fact that, in some cases, it can harm the health of the child. However, we will certainly take into account the comments you mentioned on the additional living conditions.
Also note that the site contains detailed information on the organization of food. The menu of the camp is developed by specialists in the field of healthy baby food and dietology. We are sorry that the level of nutrition did not meet your requirements.
In any case, we hope that you have a positive overall impression of the holiday. For our part, we will try to take into account and correct all the disadvantages noted by you and, of course, we are waiting for your return to Greece.

The daughter is 7 years old. They took two shifts, total 4 weeks. The child is the first time on independent rest. Everything that concerns entertainment, training, food, leisure - everything is fine, my daughter really likes it. The child in the diet is not whimsical, always responds that it is tasty and hearty ate. Give fruit, sweet croissants and puffs, honey, chocolate paste (sweet tooth will be satisfied), Sundays ice cream - a holiday for children). Meat is also present in the diet. The child is taught to order, cleaning the house, checking and rating for cleaning, which stimulates to win). In the house, same-sex children of the same age are lodged. We also had a counselor. There were 8 people in total.
Despite the described shortcomings I am considering for the next summer 2018 the same trip for 4 weeks. The place is excellent, a wonderful beach, a huge choice of hobbies and sports, children almost do not have free time - all in do and fun.

- Negative

Would put it perfectly, but there are a couple of comments.
1. We have to bring bath towels, which makes the suitcase heavier.
2. There is no laundry for children. Although the site in the recommended list of things there are packages for laundry. The child has to wash himself. All right, still underwear, but it is almost impossible to wash a towel for a seven-year-old child. We were 4 weeks, to take 4 towels and the whole set of clothes - an ungainly suitcase for a girl.
3. Communication with the counselor in our case was difficult. The child was bought a sim card for 15 euros on the spot, connected the Internet, communicated directly with the daughter and the counselor was not needed at the same time, but a couple of times the child had difficulties with communication, and the caller did not answer our calls, too. I had to go roundabout ways.
4. Communication with the leaders is not organized via the Internet, only the local Greek phone is given. But calls to Greece are expensive. I had to call via Skype, which is not so expensive. We live in the 21st century, just need to be able to contact the counselor via the Internet.
If the child were older, the problems and the heavy suitcase and the solution of the communication and laundry breakdown would be solved, but for young children it is necessary to somehow provide for these situations.

As for the situation with the lack of communication with camp leaders, we note that such cases are extremely rare. The described moment, when you did not manage to contact the leader Maria Kopylova, is connected only with the fact that on this day she received a lot of calls, and the parallel calls did not pass for this reason.
We sincerely regret that this situation took place. We apologize on behalf of the company for the inconvenience caused. We assure you, the policy of the company is aimed exclusively at providing quality service, so we will definitely take measures to avoid similar comments from our guests and parents of tourists at Ellin Camp children.
