Children live in Dol "Burevestnik", located in a pine forest on the shore of the Gulf of Finland. The camp territory is 10 hectares and consists of five 2-storeyed brick heated buildings with cozy rooms.

On the territory of the camp there is a swimming pool, a sports hall 680m2, open sports grounds with a tartan covering, a disco and a concert hall at the level of world standards.

A special attitude in the camp is given to food. In the camp there is a 5 meals a day, including fresh salads, fruits, yoghurts. In the camp professional chefs are working, providing high-quality cooking using technology approved by the St. Petersburg Nutrition Administration.

In our program we try to combine all modern, practical methods of studying languages. Therefore, we developed our own language course, which consists of two parts:

1) classes with native speakers

2) author's camp course "language learning through music "

How does the program work?

It is known that the material is absorbed faster and better when it is interesting. Therefore, our classes are divided into two parts, in the first part we teach by the classical method, using manuals (Cambridge, Pearson, Oxford, Jolly Phonics) depending on the age and level of the student. And in the second part of the lesson we take a song, we disassemble it in detail and .. sing! It solves several problems at once: grammatical, lexical and phonetic structures of modern language are studied, the language barrier is overcome and the most important is – it's very interesting, fun and informative for all levels and ages! Songs are selected separately for each age and level. And the presence of hearing and voice is not necessary.

Mathematics

In addition to studying languages, our camp teaches olympiad math

Olympiad math for the youngest – classes, on which it is more important to reason than to count. Children learn through solving problems in the process of oral communication with the teacher.

Introduction to olympiad math for middle age – To involve children, mathematical paradoxes and consequences of them are used. Students are told about some Olympiad methods.

Olympiad mathematics for older – smoothly and thoroughly, several sections of Olympiad mathematics are taught, how to see in the problems the features related to these sections and how to solve these problems.

The campsite is good, the accommodation is normal, the boys live 8 people each, the chambers are large, the repairs are fresh, the girls live in another building. On the second shift, the counselors were good, the teacher of English was very positive, the child liked the lessons of mathematics the most. A big plus is the pool, the summer was hot, and you can only swim in the pool. Parents should be aware that the squad is of a different age, your child should be ready to communicate with children of a different age.

- Negative

All the children complained about the food, although this does not apply to the English troops. The transfer was disturbing, the bus was too small, the children were traveling along with the suitcases in the aisle. A very long procedure for the passage of honey. inspection, it would be more convenient if they made a schedule for different ages, different times.

I, probably, very picky, but I want to say why I did not put "excellent". Did not like the rooms where the children lived - they are not bright enough (even, you might say, dark). The rooms are small ... You can not put 4 beds there.
And I did not like the transfer. The passage in the bus was forced by things, which is absolutely unacceptable.
