Harrow House school is located in one of the best seaside resorts in the UK, in the city of Swanage, a UNESCO world heritage site. The school accepts students from more than 50 countries throughout the year, with 40% of students returning repeatedly. Dorset County, where the school is located, tops the ranking of British regions as the safest. Harrow house owns a complex of buildings that houses residences, classrooms, a sports center with a swimming pool, a cafeteria, a library and a mini-cinema – all nearby, and the school overlooks the Strait. Harrow house has modern equipment, most classrooms are equipped with interactive whiteboards, which are used by teachers with pleasure: they can be used to introduce video materials, online tests and much more into lessons.

Accommodation is made in the residence on campus in rooms for 2-6 people with facilities on the floor or in families. Meals at harrow house are 3 times a day with Swedish board system: hot breakfast with cereals, eggs, beans and mushrooms, toast; a large selection of main dishes, side dishes and salads for lunch and dinner.

(Students over the age of 13 can choose to stay in double rooms (£ 30 per week) or in a room for 2-4 people with a private bath (£ 40 per week) for an additional fee)

Day schedule:

The afternoon is busy depending on the course chosen, and the whole school gathers for evening activities. Every day of the week organized walks around the city, games, competitions, sporting events, cultural evenings, excursions, discos, film screenings, quizzes – the choice of students. Moreover, they have at their disposal until late in the evening all the premises of the school: library, computer room, sports center.

Татьяна, большое спасибо за Ваши комментарии по программе! Замечания по инфраструктуре и питанию переданы объекту размещения. К сожалению, по регламенту Роспотребнадзора, все выезды с территории и контакты с посторонними во время всей смены в сезоне 2021 года запрещены, также на берегу нет специального оборудованного детского пляжа, поэтому купания не было. Так как лагерь находится в лесной зоне, связь не всегда стабильна, не все мобильные операторы работают с зоной покрытия в этом регионе. В части корпусов был доступен wi-fi, также для улучшения качества сигнала были установлены дополнительные роутеры. Наши сотрудники старались всегда быть на связи для оперативного контакта между детьми и родителями. У нас проводится 30 уроков языка в неделю? чтобы компенсировать свободное время в тихий час, которое есть у остальных детей. Также проводятся мастер-классы с носителями, настольные игры, спортивные мероприятия, дискотеки и тд. Сожалеем, что ребёнку не подошли по интересу реализуемые лагерем и нашими учителями мероприятия. Будем рады Вашим новым обращениям по нашим английским лагерям в РФ и за рубежом, если интерес к языку у ребёнка появится.

По регламенту Роспотребнадзора, все выезды с территории и контакты с посторонними во время всей смены в сезоне 2021 года запрещены, все дети и сотрудники заезжают с отрицательными ПЦР на ковид, поэтому если у Вас есть лабораторно-подтверждённый диагноз по возвращении из лагеря, просим сообщить нам об этом для информирования объекта размещения. Вижу, что по Вашему бронированию была оформлена программа с изучением английского - у нас проводится 30 уроков языка в неделю чтобы компенсировать свободное время в тихий час, которое есть у остальных детей. Также проводятся мастер-классы с носителями, настольные игры, спортивные мероприятия, дискотеки и тд. По программе у нас проводится 30 уроков языка в неделю, мастер-классы с носителями, настольные игры, спортивные мероприятия, дискотеки и тд. Так как лагерь находится в лесной зоне, связь не всегда стабильна, не все мобильные операторы работают с зоной покрытия в этом регионе.
