Duke of York ’ s – This is a prestigious British school with a spacious campus, located in the picturesque county of Kent. The Duke of York ’ s School, which established the summer school in the 2000s was founded in 1801 by the Duke of York and is now under the patronage of the Duke of Kent.
The school is located near the British port city of Dover, surrounded by majestic buildings, chalk cliffs and historical sites. In 2012-2014 all rooms, classrooms and sports facilities of the school have been renovated.
Younger (8-12 years old) and older (13-17 years old) students live and study separately.
Younger children, who are often away from home for the first time, live in rooms with conveniences of 2-5 people. The residences have large cozy common areas for leisure.
Senior students are accommodated in double or 4-bed rooms, each of which has its own bathroom.
In each residence there is a senior housewife who ensures the safe and sound stay of students at school.
The dining room at Duke of York ’ s was made in the form of an exact copy of the Hogwarts dining room from « Harry Potter » ;! Meals are organized as a buffet, and each child can choose a menu to taste. Packed lunch is provided on excursion days.

Junior students (8-12 years old):
The course includes 20 hours of English per week. Qualified teachers provide an individual approach to each child using learning technologies such as interactive projects and " Active English " ;.
Senior students (13-17 years old):
The course for an additional fee can be increased to 23 hours of English per week. Students improve their skills by participating in debates, presentations, theater productions and creative projects.
The school has the opportunity to take an intensive English course.
