Attention!   Since September 14, 2015, all the Schengen visa issuers have been required to submit biometric data. It is necessary to go through the procedure of fingerprinting (fingerprinting) and photographing in the visa center. The received data will be valid for 5 years (59 months). Visiting a visa center for minors is mandatory with one of the parents!

  1. A foreign passport valid for 3 months from the date of return from France. Attention!     The passport must contain two unused pages to accommodate the Schengen visa and airport stamps.
  2. Previous passports (if any), or copies of the first pages and all Schengen visas for the last 3 years.
  3. 2 color photos on a light background   recent   3.5 x 4.5 matt without an oval.

Documents for the camp (must be submitted to the office at least 2 weeks before departure (medical assistance can be brought to the airport):

  1. An application addressed to the camp director with the dates of stay in the camp (the data for the camp leader can be left blank).
  2. A completed "My Child" application form from the parents, issued by the travel agency (the information of the questionnaire is needed by the counselor and the doctor and is confidential information that is not to be disclosed).
  3. The rules of conduct must be signed by one of the parents and be sure to the child.
  4. “ Help of the student leaving for the children's camp ” (medical form U-79) with a mark about vaccinations, chronic diseases and rest opportunities in camp conditions (made out by a school nurse or in a polyclinic at the place of residence).
  5. Information about the absence of contacts with infectious patients no earlier than three days before departure.
