Kosmos-2 is a children's health complex of sanatorium type, which all year round accepts children of school age (from 6 to 18 years inclusive).
The organizers offer for recreation and health improvement of children a landscaped area located on 8.5 hectares, located in an ecologically clean and picturesque area of the Krasnoyarsk district of the Samara region, in a beautiful pine forest on the Bank of the Kondurcha river 45 km from Samara. For children's arrivals on the territory of the complex there are 4 residential buildings for children with facilities in the rooms and on the floors and 3 log houses with facilities in the house with a total capacity of up to 650 children. Children are accommodated in rooms from 3 to 8 people with facilities in the room and on the floor. Children are provided with necessary furniture, inventory, bedding and other accessories in accordance with established standards. Children are given the opportunity to comply with the standards of personal hygiene: toilets, sanitary rooms, Ironing rooms. Provided by washing and sanitization, chamber disinfection of linen, timely replacement (1 every 7 days).

The distribution of children in units without any logic, in the unit children from 7 to 15 years. The elders are stars, they succeed, all activity is focused on them. And my boy is the youngest, he is always on the sidelines and no one needs it. Even in the photo, which was sent a dozen a day, he appeared only the first 2 days, and then gradually pushed aside.
After 3 days, the child phoned hysterically and asked me to take him home. He said that he was offended there. Somehow she persuaded me to stay until the parental day, asked the counselors to pay attention to him. On the parent's day, he said that he would not stay here for anything, had to be picked up. The main thing is that when I went to the counselor (Anastasia Ivanovna) to inform that the child did not want to stay, she did not even try not only to persuade her to stay, but to at least somehow communicate with him. I didn’t even glance in his direction. Empty place, not a child. I don’t think that it started at this very moment, most likely it was from the very beginning. This miracle teacher, instead of the natural in this situation, "Timur, are you leaving us? Are you still having so much interesting!" - instead, she began to utter to me (with a child !!): "Oh, he’s not suitable for the camp, either. He’s joked about him - he’s roaring. Of course, other children despise him after that ..." I don’t know how they joked a little there, but last year in the same camp the same child felt fine, was very eager to come there again, counted the days before the start of the race - and as a result such a finale. I took a ticket at full cost. You could just throw 33 thousand into the sewers, in any case, the child’s nerves would be more intact in this case. The contract states that money for a partial shift is not refunded, i.e. if the child didn’t like it and he escaped, then the camp simply received additional benefits (less work for the same money). No one is going to make you feel good. To my question, why such a strange distribution among the groups, the counselor answered simply "yes, we also don’t like it very much." Awesome! This, apparently, should have somehow comforted me.

We came with a group of swimmers. Children liked it. Interesting contests and entertainments combined with training. Living conditions are normal. Counselors are very positive. Management carefully. We tried to solve all problems and issues. Very beautiful camp in a pine forest. Great pool. Gorgeous gym, basketball and soccer fields.

But the food is not very good. For 13 days of stay, they gave eggs once for breakfast, but they gave sausage every day (is sausage really healthy). Servings as in kindergarten (very small). But sometimes it was not eaten (not very tasty). In the buffet they were selling food that was forbidden to bring to parents. Every year we relax in the camps, because there is nothing to compare. For such a cost (bought commercial vouchers) you can feed better. And still strange. Why is Wi-Fi paid?

Poor nutrition. The child did not eat anything in the dining room for three days. The food is cold and tasteless. From the chicken in the plate were only bones. Very bad mattresses. All the springs stuck in and it became possible to sleep only after laying the blanket. Counselors carry out very strange and insecure events. For example: a confidence test. One of the guys from a height falls into the hands of a detachment. As a result, my child received with all his strength in the face. Counselors did not inform parents, did not take the child to the first-aid post. My daughter called me with tears and complaints. After my call, the counselor took the child to the first-aid post and said nothing wrong, it will pass by evening. Towards evening, my daughter had a swollen face, an eye swam, and a huge bruise appeared. We were forced to prematurely pick her up from the camp. They wrote a statement to the director, presented the child. After the shift, the director called me asking why they had taken the child ahead of schedule. She didn’t remember! Apparently for the leadership of the camp this is a regular situation!
