  1. A completed " Questionnaire   for a visa " .
  2. Foreign passport (valid for at least 6 months from the date of submission to the Embassy), the passport must have at least one free full turn without seals and visas.
  3. Original   certificate of employment (for employees) on a form with a seal, address and telephone number, email address and website, indicating the date of employment and the average monthly salary for   last 6 months .
  4. Original   certificates from the institute and a photocopy of the student’s ticket and all completed pages of the student’s gradebook with the course. If the student does not leave during the holidays, the permission of the educational part is necessary.
  5. Original   school certificates (for students) indicating the class.
  6. Original   certificates from the place of work of parents (for students traveling at the expense of parents) on a letterhead indicating the position, date of employment and salary for   last 6 months < / b>, with the seal and signature of the head (if the parent is the director, then the signature of the deputy director and chief accountant is desirable).
