International American Summer Camp Golden Gate

• Valid passport at least 3 months from the end date of the trip    
• If you have a valid Schengen visa - provide a copy of the passport page
• Notarized exit permit for the child to travel abroad from both parents   (if the child leaves with one of the parents  –  copy of exit permit from the second parent)  
• Health insurance (required)

(!) A full package of documents for a visa is accepted by the visa department no later than a month before departure.

• interactive training courses with native English speakers from the USA and fluent instructors - (15 hours a week);

• The transfer fees from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol to the camp site are included in your registration. However, in order to have the transfer fee included with your registration cost you must follow these guidelines:

  1. You must not purchase the flight ticket until Camp Golden Gate has approved it.
  2. You must get a confirmation from Camp Golden Gate that the time of arrival and departure, and airline are in linewith our logistic schedule.

Attention! Camp representatives NOT carry out an organized departure from Russia. Parents bring their children to the airport / train station or camp on their own. Children under 12 years old (at the request of parents and children under 16 years old) who travel abroad on their own must order a flight escort service from the airline (both ways).

• Normal summer clothes (T-shirts, shorts, breeches, skirts), light summer shoes, socks.
• Jacket or jacket.
• For the lake: towel (required), swimsuit / swimming trunks (2-3 pieces), beach shoes.
• T-shirts (at least 4-5 pieces), shorts (2-3 pieces), breeches, jeans, as well as thicker clothes.
• Toiletries: toothbrush, paste, shampoo, gel, washcloth.
• You can take with you: a book for reading, a mobile phone, an audio player.
• We do not recommend taking with you: expensive mobile phones and camcorders, expensive jewelry.

The weight of baggage should not exceed 20 kg (including purchased souvenirs).
