Children's camp Hero Island is a unique combination of wildlife, adventure and tourism with a very comfortable life for the field camp. Our programs are aimed at the acquisition of sports tourism skills and independence of the child. We aim to move children from the computer world to the real world and to teach them to be friends with real peers, which we do very well. This is an interesting sports event which includes paintball, climbing walls, kayaks, ropes course, archery and air guns, volleyball, football and membebel. These are bright evening events, dances, carnivals and games, development of skills of unity, creativity and master classes. Our child will get acquainted with the basics of sports tourism, touch the exciting atmosphere of sports, learn useful crafts, learn to better understand themselves and gain real friends. We teach children to communicate, all camp programs are based on the development of the child's skills of personal growth and team building. Valdai reserve, sandy shore of crystal clear lake Velie and magnificent forest area. The camp was created for children from Russian cities and now we have a vast geography. Children from St. Petersburg, Moscow, Voronezh, Saratov, N. visited our camp. Novgorod, Valdai, Sochi, Yaroslavl, Vladimir, Smolensk. The camp is divided into several equal pride (the pride of the collection. - a pack of lions). Each team of the pride Has its own territory, its own internal laws, its own advice, a place for training, master classes and an instructor. Because every day in the fight for the title of Hero of the Island our Prides have a lot to learn and compete in a variety of competitions.

Security and health services:

The camp is under constant protection, outsiders are excluded. There are stationary and mobile phones. Only professional instructors and specially trained counselors work on the program. Everyone has appropriate certificates and diplomas. All participants of the pedagogical detachment passed specialized courses and instruction. On the average, under the responsibility of each leader group, 5-7 children are assigned. Each counselor has a walkie-talkie and a mobile phone. No child is left unattended. Particular attention is paid to safety at every stage of the program.

My son was in this camp 3 years ago. Then he was 8 years old. The program was pleasant to the son, but children hardly slept at night, judging by his stories.

- Negative

There are only boys in the detachment. For the whole parental day, no adult (counselor-educator) appeared in the corps. Question-who is looking after the children? Such a lack of sanitation in the detachment has never been seen. There was a feeling that the room was washed before the start of the shift and this calmed down. Almost all the children were infected with lice. We fed badly, the child always said that he wanted to eat. On the declared rafting, about which I told my son, some children did not take, left on the beach, including my boyfriend. We will not go any more.

Leaders - themselves are children in fact. Children went dirty, in wet shoes, in the shower of the kids the window is always open - this despite the fact that we in the coats came there. In the stall sell a lot of lemonades, chocolates, sl. cotton, estessno at frantic rates, but there is no elementary water! And in the cooler in the detachment the water was not always there. The medications that were given out for the child (it was necessary to use 3 days) disappeared from the counselor on the first day and were no longer seen. Children are not looked after (only at moments of games), there is no educational work, in the squad constant fights, food trade, theft and harassment of the weak. The boy, threatening his comrades with a sharp piece of iron, like a knife, quietly terrorized the small ones all over the shift. This is all I'm writing about the detachment of 7-9 years. For 3 weeks the son washed once! Because it was very cold in the shower, and the bath was promised once.
