We rest on the recreation center Ohta » ;, located in 3-bed rooms room amenities ( shower, toilet, washbasin). Rooms are equipped with: fan, TV, refrigerator, on windows – Mosquito nets. Valuable things can be transferred to storage room .

Power three-time , with a green table. Cooks are cooking « at home » . For cooking, only high-quality products purchased from trusted suppliers are used. And, of course, in the summer on the tables there are always fresh vegetables and fruits , which Kuban is so famous for.

We went to the camp in July 2019. The daughter (14 years old) was very pleased, an interesting program and good counselors, though in the middle of the shift, for some reason the counselors changed and the latter liked much less. The food was rated "normal" - better than at school. There were favorite dishes, fruits always give. We believe that for a fairly budget price we got everything to the maximum. Regarding the living conditions, everything is fine, there were sockets, no money was stolen. Rest was a success.

Little shower, daughter says it was uncomfortable to wash. Lived in the room when the toilet and shower in each room. It was very strange that many children have different shifts. I would like to clarify several points:
1. Room without hangers - There are hangers in the rooms and before your recall we did not have a single complaint on this issue, also during your son’s stay in the camp, this complaint was not received at our office. This upsets us very much, as we try to solve all arising domestic issues and problems as quickly as possible. And, if such a situation suddenly occurred that Matvey did not have enough hangers for one reason or another, if we knew this, we would quickly eliminate the current situation.
2. Breakfast is scarce - Children are different, tastes are different, but to call the Turkish "buffet" - meager, we have not heard that before. All the photos of the "buffet" are in our Vkontakte group, this was done just to ensure that parents were sure that their children in the camp did not remain hungry. We are ready to hear your wishes for the breakfast buffet and transfer them to the hotel.
3. Millions of mosquitoes - We installed mosquito repellent devices in the rooms, our agreement states that we recommend that all children going to camp take anti-mosquito repellents with them. Clause 11.3. Your contract.
4. The sea did not like - This is the first time we hear about the Aegean Sea, there is simply nothing to say.
5. According to the regime of the day - There are children over 16 years old in the camp who, according to the recommendations of their parents, may be allowed the following:
- rise and hang up at will (without violating the regime of other tourists)
- swimming in the sea, pool, water park without the presence of the head
- leaving the territory without an escort of the head: - in the daytime / at night (until the end of the day)
smoking (only in the designated place)

So, as your child is 12 years old, he didn’t have such recommendations and he lived according to the rules of the camp, which could upset him at the sight of children who sometimes got up later or went to bed later.
In any case, there is a regime in the camp, but there are also exceptions for children over 16 years old. Unfortunately, we cannot get away from this.

If there were any cases of buying beer, then explanations were taken from all the children and all the children who violated the camp rules were punished.
Also, parents of such children were informed on all situations.
Children are different, sometimes they break the rules, for 2-3 weeks we are not able to re-educate children.
In any case, we really hope that the positive moments that you indicated in the review (water park, swimming pool, excellent excursions) were remembered by the child more than the negativity that you described here.

Ugly camp. It is located among ruins and construction sites. There is no program. Poor nutrition. Children are not provided with drinking water, it simply does not exist, you have to go to the store.
On the territory of the camp, parents are not allowed at all, we were refused a request to look at the living conditions of the child. The son described the conditions as horrible.
When concluding the contract, I indicated in the application form that I want my son not to go to the city unaccompanied, but it turned out not to be important, the children would walk around the city every day without adults.
And the last thing that just killed: the children were forced to write good reviews. On request to return us an unreliable response, we were denied.
We will not go to this camp again!

In walking distance, grocery stores, stalls with fruit, a cafe. Secured small, but green territory, 2-storey buildings, accommodation for 3 people in a room with amenities. We fed quite properly.

Unfortunately, our expectations about the organization of leisure did not come true. It is more a recreation center than a camp. In addition to teenagers, couples live on the base, parents with children, etc. For 20 people of the group who came to our stream - one escort. No promised animation, KVN-s, stendapov, excursions almost was not, except that for 2 weeks once taken to the water park. The teenagers were left to themselves all the days, they were tired of boredom, mostly slept in the room. In the room all the time there were problems with plumbing: the toilet was broken, the sink was hammered, and instead of going to the beach, the children waited for the plumbing. The son left ahead of schedule. I would not advise this camp to my acquaintances.
