Security and health services:
The places of our residence are under extra-departmental protection. The administrator is on duty 24 hours a day. At night, the outer doors are closed.
Throughout the travels, we will be accompanied by a medical officer. If necessary, we can contact any clinic in Russia or the Republic of Belarus.
Main program:
The " Call " - educational program , which identifies the strengths and weaknesses of adolescents. This question is very important, because it is the awareness of what I am capable of, that helps the teenager to determine the profession, and to understand what he can do right now in order to become successful in the future. &Nbsp;

The program is the first stage of the training of five. The main emphasis in it is on developing communication skills and career guidance.

- PROGRAM IN MINSK -
Modern youth no longer communicates in the real world. Communicators, telephones, chat rooms and social networks have become a place where teenagers live, meet, fall in love and even quarrel. Perhaps someday people will stop leaving cozy homes, and communication will take place only with the help of technical devices, but until then still far away. Therefore, the first stage of the project "Call" raquo; is dedicated to the development and training of communication skills in « real ».
- THE TEENAGER'S OBJECTIVE -
Each age has its own specific task, on the basis of which the transition or the transition to the next stage of personality development depends. At teenage age this task sounds so – « SELF-DETERMINED » ;. Young boys and girls of 14 years ask themselves questions: who am I? What are my strengths and weaknesses? What is my destiny and what do I want to dedicate my adult life to? What do I want from the world around me? The more effective the teenager will answer these questions, the easier it will be to transition from childhood. In fact, this does not take much time. It all depends on the circumstances and the influence of experienced mentors who provide competent feedback and help adolescents identify themselves.
- WINNING OURSELF -
In carrying out tasks, the project participants win "n &pbsp; over their fears, complexes and stereotypes. Managing time and scheduling, providing food and shelter, optimizing the budget, developing communication skills, the ability to negotiate is only part of the tasks that confront them. Despite the fact that all situations are thoroughly thought out, they have many solutions. Participants act independently: where to start, how to continue and how to achieve the result – it's up to them.
- Mentors -
Teenagers are divided into small groups of 5-7 people. Each group is guided by an experienced teacher-mentor. He is responsible for ensuring security and giving constructive feedback in the process of performing tasks. We do not teach children in our experience ─ we give them the opportunity to get personal experience on their own, and then analyze it with our help.
- WHAT PARENTS SAY -
Some results after the project immediately, for some time. Over the past year, dozens of parents have turned to us with gratitude for the fact that relations in the family and with their peers have improved, a new company of thinking and interesting young people has appeared, the teenagers decided on their future profession, and some of them even got a job internship and took the first steps on the career ladder. These are the results we want our wards to achieve.
Shift schedule:
The program of the project is designed in such a way that participants practically do not have free time. Every minute they will be morally and physically involved in the process, which guarantees personal growth and results for each participant. The program is prepared taking into account age characteristics, which means that it will be very interesting for teenagers.

This is not a standard camp, where everything is limited by the scope and limitations. A place where children are given the opportunity to be themselves, to be natural, with a large field for expanding their world, their field of responsibility, their perception. My son first participated in the program "Call." I want to note the excellent organization of departure: the program was rich, diverse, relevant tasks of adolescence. Meetings, consultations and trips were planned in advance, the guys waited and worked meaningfully with them.
