The first time my daughter went to the camp and of course I was very worried. On the phone, Anastasia, a psychologist at the School of Wizards, spoke in great detail about how everything works in the camp and I decided. It was important for me to have a psychologist in the team of the group in order to be calm for the adaptation of my daughter in the camp. I liked that counselors daily monitored the implementation of hygiene procedures. Mobile phones are not prohibited in the camp, but I was afraid to put my daughter on gadgets, so she went without a phone. I don’t regret it at all, as I warned counselors that if my daughter really misses her, then let her call from their phone. It turned out optimally and I did not pull my daughter with my calls and emotions, nor did she call for nothing. I asked my daughter about food, she said in the kindergarten they cooked better. About a sweet cupboard, knowing what my daughter had a sweet tooth, I thought there wasn’t enough bag, but in the end she brought half back, which I am also very pleased with. The performance, staged in a week, is a masterpiece! In our Waldorf school these are put at least six months in advance! I am delighted with the game of children and those who managed to organize it!
Near the building where children live there is a gym, sports. The building of the building is of course old. A room for 4 people, in the room there is a wardrobe with shelves and a barbell and a very comfortable chest of drawers; almost all of her things fit on her chest’s shelf. The sweet cupboard is located in a separate room, the bags are directly on the floor and there are no signs of the presence of living creatures, it pleases. The overall impression is positive, the children are constantly busy, a lot of games in the fresh air, if weather permits.

Children like this program so much that they would be ready to rest there for several shifts in a row, if our finances allowed. The program is interesting both for young children (niece-8 years old) and for older children (daughters and nephew 14 years old). Great concerts for parents in the middle and at the end of the shift.
The new leadership of the camp has recently been making efforts to improve the living conditions of children. During the shift, new furniture appeared.

I would like to make out the situation that happened so that more such cases do not occur.
During the spring shift, we organized a thematic program for 10 days, traditionally including in the schedule workshops, contests, sports activities and games, as well as evening activities. In the event that a child comes to a children's camp for the first time, there may be reactions of adaptation to the new environment, the schedule and rules of camp life.
As practice shows, no matter how psychologically ready for the trip to the camp the child is, it still happens that a few days after the start of the shift he asks to go back home. With such cases, our educators work on each shift, in cases of difficult adaptation, they try to captivate the child and include them in new conditions. We are really very sorry that you had to pick up the child from the shift, because it is important for us that the holidays are full and interesting for the children.
We also want to apologize if you have the impression that the caregivers leave the children alone. According to the rules of our camp, all educators live in a cottage or building with their children, rooms are located next door. They have no right to leave the premises, in case of violation of this clause by the administration and the director, measures are taken.
All situations concerning the return of finances for the services rendered by us are discussed individually with the director.

After only a few calls to the counselor, he was finally released.

We found out what kind of virus it was - the child came from a rest in Turkey and at the time of his arrival in the camp, he was healthy. Quartz was carried out daily, the only thing that the children at this point were at the master classes and did not see that the rooms were quartz. In addition, cleaning twice a day with disinfectants is always done. Only the first medical aid is provided in the camp and the tests do not surrender, that's why it's necessary to find out why the children's fever was not possible on the spot, although only 4 children were in the isolation ward for the change.
I very much regret that it happened, but the counselors and educators tried their best to make the children comfortable and interesting.
