Winter Express program to Velikiy Ustyug from St. Petersburg train from January 3 to 5, 2020

01/03/2020

• Departure of our interactive children's train "Winter Express" from St. Petersburg in the morning from Ladozhsky railway station (approximate departure 09.31)
• Fabulous characters, animators are going to travel with us!   Interactive game program dedicated to the New Year.   Contests, games, entertainment, prizes, gifts, souvenirs. Kids will be delighted. Nobody will be bored!
• Breakfast (lunch box).
• Young travelers on the way to Veliky Ustyug on a direct train   waiting for a rich entertainment program. There will be contests for the best coupe, the best reader of poems and the best drawing will be elected. Reach the most interesting quiz on fairy tales and other works. The winners will receive the currency of the Winter Express, which can be exchanged for souvenirs from the Magic Box.
• Lunch (lunch box).
• Cheerful animators from the ArtSchool team will help young travelers find themselves in a fairy tale.
• Dinner (lunch box).

• Arrival to Veliky Ustyug (estimated arrival at 08.00).  Seating by bus. This is a direct train to Velikiy Ustyug station (and therefore you will not have to travel 2-3 hours to Velikiy Ustyug). It is better to spend time with fun with Ded Moroz!
• Breakfast.
• Inspection of the center of  Veliky Ustyug, familiarity with historical objects.
• Bus – walking tour of Veliky Ustyug   (Ancient Settlement 12 – 16th century, old mansions on the Sukhona river embankment, Cathedral of St. Procopius Righteous 17th century, Cathedral, Mikhailo-Arkhangelsk foreign monastery of 1653, Transfiguration church of the 18th century.)
• Excursion to the post office of Santa Claus   Every child at least once in his life wrote a letter to Grandfather Frost. And now you have the opportunity to see how the mail works, which receives letters from all over Russia. All about the beloved profession of Grandfather in response to children's letters. Not a single letter is left unattended by the New Year Wizard and his assistants. &Nbsp;
• A shop of the Father Frost's city residence   with products of the Russian North masters, Ustyug and Vologda artisans. These souvenirs will remind of this wonderful trip for a long time!
• Master – class   on the basics of folk arts and crafts in the Veliky Ustyug Museum. Ustyuzhanka masters will show their high-class craftsmanship and share the secrets of making their wonderful products.
• Lunch.
• Moving to the Fatherland of Frost. Guests enter through a huge gate. They are met by the fairy-tale inhabitants   of the suburban patronymic of Father Frost   and point the way to Terem by the Alley of Miracles. On the way, you can see the many inhabitants of the fairy-tale forest and the assistants of Grandfather, see the theatrical performance on stage at the House of Santa Claus. &Nbsp; The path along the fairy-tale Path   comes from the main gate Guests will visit Lesovychka, look into the magic well, pass over the bridge, demonstrate their prowess in heroic games, gain strength on the “Health Path”, wisdom from the Age of Oak and warm themselves by the fire with the Twelve Months. In Santa Claus's Tower, you can make a wish, view a collection of gifts, visit the library and observatory, admire Grandfather's fabulous outfits, visit the wizard's bed-room and see your reflection in his mirror.
• Meeting with Santa Claus and his retinue!
• Santa Claus Winter Garden. There are fierce frosts, and here admire amazing flowers and delicate plants, ornamental shrubs and garden elements. You should definitely visit the winter garden with superb beds, greenhouses and fountains.
• The program includes 2 attractions to choose from (skiing from the Russian slides, trips on a Snowmobile, on a steam train, on the Emeline Russian Stove) - the price includes two any attractions or the “Santa Claus Glacier”.
• Tea ceremony in the folklore center « Gornitsa » (Grandpa's assistant will tea you in Russian: " whimsically " yes " whipped in " ").
• Presentation of credentials from Santa Claus
• Grandfather's assistants will hand out to the guests certificates of staying in a fabulous residence and sweet gifts for children.
• Free time at Father Frost's Fiefdom
• This time, you can take a walk around the Zagorodnaya residence, additionally visit the attractions that are not included in the tour program, enjoy the beauty and uniqueness of this fabulous place. Magic will accompany you at every turn!
• Dinner.  
• Departure home on the Winter Express   (tentative departure at 20.30).

• Lunch (lunch box). Cheerful animators provide entertainment before arriving in St. Petersburg.
• Dinner (lunch box).   Return to St. Petersburg at Ladozhsky station (estimated arrival 21:05)
