At the time of departure, the child must carry the following documents:

1. Notarial Consent to escort on the territory of the Russian Federation and representation of interests, responsibility for the life and health of the child (the information on whom the consent is drawn is sent by e-mail after booking). Consent is drawn up for the entire duration of the program (or several) and from one of the parents. Also, you need to provide a copy of the parent's document who makes out the Consent.
2. The contract with the sanatorium of Kirov and the transfer- is sent by e-mail to the office staff after the program is booked. Not to be confused with Notary Consent.
3. A child's document (up to 14 years old - a birth certificate, after 14 years - a Russian passport) or a passport (only the document that was provided when applying for the program).
4. Medical insurance policy.
5. Medical certificate « For a child going to camp » form 79U. The certificate is issued by a nurse at school or a pediatrician.
6. Certificate of absence of contacts with infectious patients – prescribes SES or polyclinic 3 days prior to arrival.
7. Insurance is made at the request of parents independently.
All listed documents must be brought with you in the originals.
8. 2000 rubles for the reserve (they are spent on damage to the child's property, if not used, they are given to the parents upon return from the program).
3000 - 4000 rubles (at the discretion of parents) for the pocket expenses of the child (souvenirs, ice cream, etc.).

Important! Parents are responsible for the availability of documents! If the transfer of the child at the airport does not have enough documents, the child will not be put on the plane and the parents will have to deliver it to the place of the program independently.

The pearl of the resort towns – Yalta. Sanatorium of Kirov. Accommodation in 5 building, which is allocated in a separate area near the main territory and completely renovated specially for our program.

The guys live in rooms for 3-6 people. Bunk beds. Room facilities.

Only children and employees of the program live in the building. The building is guarded around the clock, CCTV cameras are installed, the perimeter is surrounded by a fence, the entrance for strangers is excluded. On the territory adjacent to the building there are gazebos, shady canopies, a summer outdoor cinema, a sports ground – all this is new and made specifically for our program.

In the main territory of the sanatorium, in 3 minutes walk from our building there is everything necessary for our classes and some of the time the guys will spend here. The participants are available all the rich infrastructure of the sanatorium. Green territory of 6 hectares with an interesting relief, which is an old park of southern exotic plants. Large swimming outdoor swimming pool, a lot of halls and rooms for events, a lot of open areas for activity, alcohol-free cafes, pizzeria and a sushi bar. Own medical building and the presence of a doctor around the clock.

Main program:

The program is aimed at the physical and psychological recovery of the child, his sanatorium treatment (if necessary by appointment of a doctor) with numerical fixation of changes in health parameters and consists of the following components:
1. Running input and output tests of the physical state of the participant.

At the beginning and at the end of the race, we conduct a test system:

The Harvard step test (determines the recoverability after dynamic loads, indicates the state of the heart and respiratory system, on one arm (characterizes the general physical state),
hand dynamometry (characterizes the general physical state),
test for the reaction rate (indicating changes in higher nervous activity), ophthalmic tests, spirometry, tests of the vestibular apparatus.

2. The cultural and developmental part of the program (aimed at broadening the horizon, increasing the level of independence and awareness):

We will visit the Livadia and Massandra Palace, the A.P. Chekhov;
We will play a lot of games for rallying, friendship, communication in a team, mastering the rules of "hostels" »
We will only watch selective, positive, semantic copper content (good and instructive cartoons and movies)
Master classes and activities in the areas in your spare time to choose (martial arts, photo circle, first aid, tourism, orientation in the city)
Course &I'm in the City » teach simple and effective technologies how to navigate and move around in the city, how to identify the danger and secure yourself, how to call for help.

2. Physical and health-improving part of the program:

Daily water procedures. Sea + Swimming pool. Learn to swim! On the territory of the sanatorium there is an outdoor swimming pool, which we visit at a set time. We go swimming in the sea and sunbathe on the beach of the sanatorium with our instructor-rescuer.
Terrenkuroterapiya - a method of sanatorium treatment, which provides for dosed physical activities in the form of walking walks, climbing in mountainous terrain on certain marked routes. Develops endurance, improves the functioning of the cardiovascular system and respiratory organs, stimulates metabolism, nervous activity. Realizing that most diseases originate in the sedentary lifestyle, we will walk a lot. We go around the whole of Yalta and the surrounding area. On foot we reach all the palaces and museums, and the most hardy will make an ascent to the Stavri-Kaya mountain along the legendary path of Botkin.
Physiotherapy under the guidance of a medical professional, includes yoga elements
Real, full morning exercise, including a set of fitness procedures, adapted for urban children, helping to awaken the whole body (cross-fit elements, running, stretching).
Diet therapy (participants eat on the system « Swedish table » ;, but the number and composition of food are monitored by trained staff, based on the individual recommendations of a nutritionist for each child.Our staff will do their best to prevent the consumption of food by children crisps, crackers, soda and other harmful food)
Hardening (contrasting douche according to doctor's prescription, walking barefoot on grass and pebbles)

3. The general health-improving part of the program (applies to all participants):

Phytotherapy (6 procedures)
Halotherapy (6 procedures)
Speleotherapy (salt room) (6 procedures)
Oxygen cocktail (6 receptions).

4. The special curative part of the program (as prescribed by the doctor) includes:

Medical supervision by a pediatrician following the course of a sanatorium treatment
Consultations of specialist doctors: allergist, neurologist, nutritionist, cardiologist
Climatotherapy;
Inhalations;
Physiotherapeutic treatment (drug electrophoresis, darsonvalization, magnetotherapy, laser therapy, phytophoresis, UHF, ultrasound, aromatherapy)
Dental emergency care

We understand that the physiological recovery of the child is impossible without the improvement of his psyche. Therefore, in addition to substantial, interesting and emotionally charged activities, we prepared selective media content for evening films. On the big screen of a street cinema, we show the children films of domestic and foreign production about eternal values: about friendship, loyalty, honor, conscience, responsibility, will, nature. There will be no scenes of violence, debauchery, vulgarity and stupidity in them.

With regard to the choice of media content, we are collaborating with the project "Teach good", which regularly reviews films and cartoons for their usefulness or harmfulness to children (https://vk.com/whatisgood2).

What to take with:	Things we recommend taking with you: 1. It is recommended for things to use a suitcase or a sports bag + a small city backpack. All personal belongings of the child should be folded into a large sports bag or a suitcase on wheels. It is important to avoid a large number of handbags and packages. The bag should not be large, it is selected from the calculation that the child could carry it on his own. Мы точно не экономим на продуктах питания для детей, что касается 3 базы- там качественный шведский стол и дети, вернувшись с похода склонны к перееданию и наставники просят ограничить прием некоторых блюд и продуктов, чтобы не было неприятных последствий. На 1 базе да - вы правы -достаточно скромное проживание, приносим извинения за неудобства, связанные с размещением. Еще раз благодарим за отзыв и оценку нашего труда, с поправкой того, дети приходят на базу только поспать. Благодаря скромным бытовым условиям у нас есть возможность проводить разнообразные программы и иметь качественный персонал, а также небольшую стоимость программ. Ждем вас снова.
