Children's camp "Solnechny ostrov" is created for children who love horses, want to learn how to ride improve existing skills! The main idea of the camp is to introduce children to the equestrian world and to introduce them to sports tourism and active rest. In every session in addition to the daily horse training there are lessons in overcoming rope obstacles, learn the technique of tourism, and more!

Riding training
Every day we train on horses. Groups are formed for 4-6 people, depending on riding skills. The structure of classes is such that it will be interesting for experienced horsemen, and for those who have never ridden.
Exciting tales of the equestrian world
In addition to training on horseback, the guys learn a lot about the equestrian world from the lectures. From the pros:
1. Thank you. The methodologist and counselors think over the change in advance and prepare for it. When the shift begins, that is, the desire to realize the idea of the camp and its "chip" - EVERY child should be actively involved in meaningful activities (horses, games, tourism, creativity). It's not always easy, because the children are very different, but we usually get it! Thanks to the methodologists, instructors and counselors again and from you!
2. Are horses beautiful? I agree! But on their own they do not affect the child for a long time. And their training, training, care for them, conducting classes - a colossal work of a team of professionals, from the stableman to the director. Children are happy that they are smooth and pleasant to the touch and smell delicious! And this seems to them and to you to be natural. Now, to compare, go to the zoo or the Palace Square and watch and sniff ... Did you feel the difference? Horses are our pride, but these are not only four legs with a head and tail, but also people who skillfully acquaint a child with this world, and this is the main thing in the camp! Otherwise, it is better to go to the fields to the herd and look at the majestic sight of horses at the watering hole ... but this is not a camp.
From the minuses:
1. The camp is always ready to receive children! In confirmation of this, there are documents of title to Rospotrebnadzor, and he is more captious than his parents in terms of observing the conceivable and unthinkable requirements of formal documents (washbasins, toilets, disinfection, acaricide treatment, dishes, water, tents, linens ...)
It is cold - the tent is not a body, but at night the heater works and for the TOURIST camp it is quite comfortable. Syro - tent is not a hull, when it's raining outside, but at night the heater works and for the TOURIST camp is quite comfortable. Dirty - the guys every day under the guidance of the leader guide the tent in order, removing the things scattered by them and brought on the sand. 2. A shower with HOT water and it is enough to wash 10-15 people. Every day, we do not plan to shower all participants - it is difficult to allocate so much time during the day (it's a pity to allocate a few hours each day only for the washing of 30 people, but they can not get them faster), so this opportunity is in the evening before going to bed during the movie at half of the group in turn, and as necessary.
The question with hygienic procedures (especially girls) next summer will be solved, since it does not take as long as a shower.
3. The issue of nutrition always stands on special control, especially with regard to quality. Therefore, food imported and feedback from children and parents are positive, and we have been cooperating with this company for 3 years.
We sing and we read the "chants" not for the self-assertion of the leader, but to look at the child's clean hands (the TOURIST camp and they came from horses, for example, or from tourism), and so that the crowd did not fly into the dining room, dropping plates and glasses on its way)))
4. Evaluation of food is a matter of taste. About snickers remarks are not clear. The child has the opportunity to eat the products brought with him or that his parents brought him, but not at any time (not in a tent, riding or tourism, ...), but during a dinner or a movie. All children's products are stored in a "sweet closet", to which children usually do not have access. Children know about this, although they object, but this is the law - we do not start cockroaches and ants in tents and eat only in the dining room. Sometimes, of course, there is scattered chocolate in the baby bed and the baby on the back, but it's more like an exception to the rules. For this, perhaps, the counselors and come up with a joking "a-ta-ta."
Summary:
There are also us to work on and where to grow, but the main point that needs to be understood is the TOURIST horse riding camp !!! Parents see the word horse and the rest for them it does not matter - the child will be taught to ride and he will be able to communicate with horses, and then there are questions about comfort in the tent and rain on the street. And you are right when writing about horses - you will not find more such a camp where there would be so much variety of consistency (horseback riding, lectures, master classes, vaulting, etc.), oriented to your child. There are horseback riding camps, where there are many horseback riding, there are horseback rides where there are many riding, but we tried to collect the best and the most interesting for the child, that we can give him and made "Sunny Island". My son (Timur Kugushev) spent the third shift in camp, he is 12 years old and he is not a very "tourist" child.
He did not frost at night, they were tasty, all the activities and entertainments were very informative and exciting, the horses and saddled and rasskazalovali, each group had a master class in the stable and lectures with movies (maybe not all the movies about the horses), but there were everyone day. Every evening there was a fire with a discussion of the day. As for everyday conditions, the camp is really a tourist camp (of course, it is not a sanatorium with a warm pool), but everyone chooses the living conditions for themselves - to someone the pine air is more important than salt treatments. The child came with enthusiastic reviews about the camp, and about the team.
I thank everyone who was on the shift and occupied our children. We wish good weather and grateful guests!

From the entrance they managed to grab the child so that after 5 minutes the girl ran to the camp, no longer remembering her parents.
Parents are not allowed inside more than 5 minutes, they are asked to just leave the child. This is a big plus.
The child is very pleased. As a result, she stayed there a half shift (she could not go any more - went to another camp) and was completely delighted.

There were a lot of boys in the cavalry before, but now mostly girls with horses. Although the guys are initially unhappy that they are few, and then happy - they are assigned to men's functions (to help the instructor with the breeding of a fire, for example). There was a guy in the camp who, on the first day, refused to ride, as he was traveling to tourism, and not to ride a horse with girls. By the end of the shift, he was already very fit in the saddle on the trot!
