10.I Scan of a certificate from the Sponsor's place of work on the company letterhead with the stamp of the organization, with obligatory indication of the position, the date of receipt at the place of work, the size of annual or monthly income (monthly income must be at least half tour cost ). The certificate is signed by two officials, for example, the head of the company and the chief accountant.  IMPORTANT : The sponsor should not sign the certificate (if he / she is the head of the company or the chief accountant).

11.I Scan of the certificate from the bank about the account status of the Sponsor (s) (preferably in English).  
The amount on the account must be at least the cost of the entire trip, including the mandatory minimum "pocket" » money (for additional excursions, souvenirs, etc.) at the rate of 100-150 pounds a week.

Notes:

  • ATTENTION!   All financial documents (bank reference on outgoing balance, bank statement, certificate of employment) must be valid no more than one month at the time of submission of documents to the visa center.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE!   The Embassy must call the place of work! The phone numbers indicated on the help form must be available from 9:00 to 18:00 Moscow time. It is UNDESIRABLE to give direct (mobile) phones of the person indicated in the certificate – general access only (reception, secretaries, personnel service, etc.).
  • If one of the parents is dead, a scan of the death certificate is attached. If a child has a single mother – the scan of the corresponding document is attached.
  • You must get consent from both parents, even if the parents are divorced. Otherwise, it is necessary to attach a document confirming the impossibility of obtaining consent from one of the parents (certificate from the police, certificate of deprivation of parental rights, etc.).
