Creative educational camp "Deti solntsa" with the participation in workshops of world-renowned experts in their field , masters of the game show "Chto ? Gde? Kogda?", three-time owner of crystal owl Maxim Potashev, world Boxing champion, public figure Nikolai Valuev, actor and Director Sergei Yankovsky. The camp is located on the basis of the hotel complex "JUNIOR Iria MARE HOTEL 4"* in Greece on the Peloponnese Peninsula. We value activity, the desire to participate in events, and the areas for self-manifestation in the camp are more than enough.   • Sponsorship letter in free form from close relatives + copy of the document confirming the relationship + reference from the sponsor's place of work on the letterhead with a stamp indicating the address of the place of work, work phone, office and salary (no less than 40 thousand rubles); < / li>
  • A notarized copy of the consent for the departure of a minor child outside the Russian Federation, accompanied by a third person.   Origins of consents from the consulate are not returned !!!   If two children go and they are listed in one power of attorney, then one notarized copy per child
  • A copy of the internal passport (both the first page and the registration page) of both parents
  • if available - a copy of the first page of the canceled foreign passport and all Schengen visas present in it.

To confirm individual parental rights    

  • Help from the registry office (form number 025) that the record about the father was made with the mother's words;
  • court decision on deprivation of parental rights;
  • A copy of the death certificate of one of the parents
  • a copy of a single mother's book
  • A certificate from the police that the father's whereabouts are unknown.

If there is a dash in the father's certificate in the birth certificate, you do not need to provide additional documents to confirm individual parental rights.
