The places of our residence are under extra-departmental protection. The administrator is on duty 24 hours a day. At night, the outer doors are closed.

Main program:

The " Call " - educational program , which identifies the strengths and weaknesses of adolescents. This question is very important, because it is the awareness of what I am capable of, that helps the teenager to determine the profession, and to understand what he can do right now in order to become successful in the future. &Nbsp;

The program is the second stage of the training. The main emphasis in it is on developing organizational skills.

- KAZAN PROGRAM -

One of the most valuable skills that a person can possess is the ability to organize. A person who is able to take the initiative in his hands and organize something qualitative from scratch instantly becomes popular, moves faster on the career ladder, and is simply able to make his life and the lives of loved ones much brighter, more productive and more interesting. Participants of the Kazan Challenge will have to organize 5 different events in 7 days: think through programs, find sponsors, negotiate with venues and equipment, create advertisements, attract guests, negotiate with the media. In this they will be helped by mentors and invited professionals.

Last year more than 600 people visited our events, the guys were negotiating with the city administration and together they made one of the events about our "Graffiti Festival" filmed a report on TV, we were on the radio on the air and so on.

- THE TEENAGER'S OBJECTIVE -

Each age has its own specific task, on the basis of which the transition or the transition to the next stage of personality development depends. At teenage age this task sounds so – « SELF-DETERMINED » ;. Young boys and girls of 14 years ask themselves questions: who am I? what are my strengths and weaknesses? what is my destiny and what do I want to dedicate my adult life to? What do I want from the world around me? The more effective the teenager will answer these questions, the easier it will be to transition from childhood. In fact, this does not take much time. It all depends on the circumstances and the influence of wise mentors who give competent feedback and help adolescents identify themselves /

- PROGRAM -

We are leaving the borders of our native city not only for tourism. It is very important to withdraw project participants from the comfort zone. Participants need to learn to rely on their own strengths, wit and ability. However, the call » - this is not a project in the style of « Last hero » when everyone is fighting for physical survival. The point is not this. For accommodation we choose a modest but cozy hostel so that the living conditions do not distract from the main goals. Breakfasts and dinners are organized in a nearby cafe, the participants organize their own lunches.

- Mentors -

Teenagers are divided into small groups of 5-7 people. Each group is guided by an experienced teacher-mentor. He is responsible for ensuring security and giving constructive feedback in the process of performing tasks. We do not teach children in our experience ─ we give them the opportunity to get personal experience on their own, and then analyze it with our help.

- WHAT PARENTS SAY -

Some results after the project immediately, for some time. Over the past year, dozens of parents have turned to us with gratitude for the fact that relations in the family and with their peers have improved, a new company of thinking and interesting young people has appeared, the teenagers decided on their future profession, and some of them even got a job internship and took the first steps on the career ladder. These are the results we want our wards to achieve.

Shift schedule:

The program of the project is designed in such a way that participants practically do not have free time. Every minute they will be morally and physically involved in the process, which guarantees personal growth and results for each participant. The program is prepared taking into account age characteristics, which means that it will be very interesting for teenagers.

I put 4 food and safety - probably more because of my mother’s own emotions. Teenagers cooked for themselves - and rightly so, but they chose fried dumplings, which is not good. Organizers are in touch as much as possible. All questions and concerns were removed on time.

For some reason, the first meal that comes to adolescents after descending from the mountains is dumplings. We have been observing this for several years. Not at all, but at many. And, believe me, mentors more often than not are eager to eat dumplings))

Here we have a choice:

And you can express dissatisfaction without a prohibition. That is, express an opinion that has exactly the same weight as the opinion of each of the guys. And this is correct in terms of age characteristics and needs.
Eating fried dumplings 1-2 times will not affect your health, but understanding that you are treated like an adult increases confidence, a sense of responsibility, self-esteem, self-confidence and so on.
Dumplings is a convention) just an example. It seems to be a trifle, but relations are made up of trifles.

The only thing we are strictly directive in the program is security issues. There is no discussion here.
