Campers travelling to Italy alone are met by our staff at Fiumicino airport or Termini train station in Rome.

Individual transfers can be arranged for students arriving outside the given time windows (cost of transfer will be specify).

Firstly, pack comfortable clothes and nothing "new". We are in the country and things get dirty easily!

For a stay of 1 to 2 weeks, we recommend:

• a weatherproof jacket;
• 2 pairs of sneakers (cross training –the ones with traction on the sole!);
• 1 pair of flip-flopsfor the pool area;
• 2 swimsuits;
• 1 white cotton t-shirt (required for tie-dye);
• 12 cotton t-shirts;
• 2 long-sleeved t-shirts;
• 4 pairs of shorts;
• 2 pairs of comfortablepants / jeans;
• 1 sweatshirt;
• 1 fleece;
• 10 pairs of underwear;
• 10 pairs of cotton socks;
• 2 sets of pajamas;
• 1 beach towel;
• 1 set of towels (colored or labeled with the camper’sname so that it isrecognizable);
• sunscreen (at least spf 20);
• sunglasses;
• toiletry (shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, brush, kleenex);
• 1 bag for dirty laundry;
• 1 small backpack;
• a simple flashlight;
• 1 water bottle.

We suggest that all clothing items be tagged with the camper’s name and that clothing is separated per day into bags or easily identifiable for the child, especially for our younger campers.

Please remember that the following items are not permitted: radio, CD/DVD players, mp3 players, knives, videogames, IPod, food, laptops, TV, firecrackers, sweets, gum, cosmetics, razors, mosquitorepellantlotions (we have them on site), poisons and pesticides of any type,laser pointers, water pistols and air guns, anyother dangerous item or items that may cause a disturbance at the camp.

If these or any other item considered inappropriate by our camp staff are found, they will be confiscated and returned to the parents at the time of check out.
