• Valid passport/ ID card  is not less than 3 months from the end date of the trip    
• If you have a valid Schengen visa - provide a copy of the passport page
• Notarized consent to leave the child abroad from both parents   (  if the child travels with one of the parents  - a copy of the consent from the second parent)  
• Medical insurance ( mandatory)

• Copy of birth certificate/ copy of passport 
• The full package of documents for a visa is accepted by the visa department not later than a month before departure.

• interactive training courses with native English instructors (15 hours per week);

Prepayment for a reservation of 300 euros. The second part (final payment) no later than April 15, 2020.

• airfare    (The camp provides assistance in arranging the transfer and buying plane tickets through its partners). The meeting and sending of the child by the camp's representatives are possible at the airports of Burgas, Varna, Sofia.
• transfer - the camp provides a two-way transfer from the airports of Varna, Burgas and Sofia. The cost is paid on the spot upon arrival at the camp or together with the amount of the camp. Transfer cost - Varna (40 euros), Burgas (120 euros), Sofia (60 euros).
• Visa ( not mandatory for countries in EU ) The camp provides an invitation for visa for every student.

Attention:   representatives of the camp   NOT   conduct an organised trip from an. Parents bring their own children to the airport / railway station or to the camp. ; Children under 12 years (parents and children under 16 years of age) who need to travel abroad must order a child support service in flight from the airline (both ways).

• Usual summer clothes (shirts, shorts, breeches, skirts), light summer shoes, socks.
• Smart clothes (clothes for a disco).
• Jacket or jacket.
• For beach: towel (required), swimsuit / swimming trunks (2 -3pcs.), beach shoes, headwear (2 pcs.), sun cream (protection - 50), beach bag
• It is advisable to put the child in a light shirt with long sleeves (in case of burnt shoulders).
• T-shirts (at least 4-5 pieces), shorts (2-3 pieces), breeches, jeans, etc.
• Toilet accessories: toothbrush, paste, shampoo, gel, washcloth.
• You can take with you: a book for reading, a camera, a mobile phone, an audio player.
• We do not recommend taking with you: expensive mobile phones and video cameras, expensive jewelry.

The weight of the baggage must not exceed 20 kg (taking into account the purchased souvenirs).
