We have a carefully thought-out space of 350 sq.m. game rooms, separate lounge for parents. In walking distance from us there are 3 parks in which we conduct daily events and sports games in the fresh air. There is a football field, sports grounds, and children's play complexes. If the weather conditions worsen, a fallback option is implemented on the territory of the secondary school. To fully utilize our eco-friendly park environment, some of the evening events can be moved to the territory of the nearest public garden.

Main program:

6 thematic shifts vary in the content of events, trainings, master classes, project activities, but are united by a schedule. The theme of our shifts is universal and suitable for both boys and girls, regardless of their usual interests and activities, moreover, it is adapted for the full inclusion of all participants in the program. Everyone will find something new for themselves and will be able to contribute something to their common project.

Chess lessons are two two-hour blocks of chess workshops daily in groups with trainers: strategies, tactics, key positions. At least in one block after lunch per day, all children participate. In the morning, the child can choose to attend a chess workshop or participate in a thematic master class or training. When choosing a chess load, we rely on the recommendations of the trainer, the wishes of the parents, and, of course, how it will be more appropriate for a particular child in terms of an individual pedagogical trajectory. &Nbsp; We divide children into groups according to their level of chess ownership. We make sure that all children are involved, and everyone is interested in playing.

In the classroom, we arrange sessions for simultaneous games with coaches, organize mini-tournaments, problem-solving contests, demonstration games between grandmasters. This increases the motivation of children, strengthens interest in chess. Highly qualified trainers and international grandmasters are involved with the guys. At the training camp, children significantly increase the level of the game of chess, as noted by both coaches and parents.

On the penultimate day of the shift, two tournaments are held - for experienced and beginner chess players, program participants. The calculation system of the Open Russian rating is used. The advantage of this system in accessibility for beginner chess players is an excellent motivation for players, a visual tool for tracking progress, a very important and necessary experience.

The subject of shifts is revealed in creativity trainings, master classes, general events. When developing the program, we focused on the development of communication skills, enhancing emotional intelligence, disclosing leadership and organizational qualities. &Nbsp; TRIZ technologies are used. We develop flexibility of thinking, mobility, dialecticity, stimulate the desire for search activity and creative imagination.

What to take with:	What can I bring with me? - At the program, participants will need comfortable replaceable shoes, weather clothing and a hat for a safe stay on the street in the summer. We have all the rest (stationery, water, first-aid kit, wet wipes, etc.). You can collect a bag with a set of interchangeable clothes and leave it in the wardrobe, so that if necessary or if the weather changes, the child could change clothes. What should not be taken with you? - Everything that can pose a threat to the life and health of the child and others. A detailed list is in the client agreement. If the child needs to take some medications, the treatment plan is described in detail by the parent in writing, and is transmitted along with the medications to the program administrator, who monitors his compliance. В свою очередь, хотим отметить, что мобильные телефоны у детей в течение дня мы забираем только ПО ЗАПРОСУ РОДИТЕЛЯ. Безусловно, на шахматный занятиях, квестах и мастер - классах использование гаджетов строго ограничено, что позволяет ребенку погрузиться в процесс и провести время продуктивно.

Сбор на каждую активность происходит следующим образом- вожатые проходят по номерам участников, обозначая время и место общего сбора. Бывают случаи, когда ребенок отлучился в уборную и не слышал приглашения вожатого выйти. В таких случаях всегда назначается ответственный за "потеряшками", который просматривает все номера еще раз, дабы убедиться, что никто из ребят не остался в комнате.

Вожатые, которые с нами работают имеют профильное педагогическое образование и проходят необходимую подготовку от нашей команды педагогов. Это позволяет оказать психологическую поддержку ребенку в различных ситуациях.

На данной смене был 4 приём пищи, после вечерних игр ребятам выдавали персональную порцию питания. Вероятно, вы уходили в номер пораньше? На всех последующих сменах этот приём пищи перенесён на время полдника, пожелания учтены, но у нас всегда 4 приема пищи.

Подумаем, как ещё оптимизировать зарядку и перенесём больше активностей на свежий воздух, большое спасибо.

Доброго дня. Большое спасибо Вам за отзыв. Удивились отклику про безопасность, так как в должностных инструкциях каждого сотрудника это условие на первом месте, но обязательно примем во внимание.
Кстати, у нас новый отель с круглосуточной охраной, огороженной по периметру территорией и большим медицинским центром на территории.
Это все, безусловно, влияет на безопасность наших деток.

Awful not comfortable conditions of departure and return - in the middle of the working day. I had to take time off from work twice.
