3. Касательно сопровождения автобусов: в обязательном порядке мы направляем уведомление в ГИБДД на каждый рейс автобусов. По общим регламентам ГИДББ сопровождение машиной автобусов - это обязательная опция, когда следует именно колонна автобусов (колонна - это 3 и более автобуса).
У нас этим летом заезды проходят по 2 автобуса. В этом случае ГИБДД может инициативно выделить машину сопровождения по каким-то внутренним регламентам, но это решение обычно связано с режимами повышенной опасности региона, ландшафта, перекрестков и т.д. В нашем случае такого нет. Все автобусы имеют необходимый пакет документов и принимаются для постановки на маршрут соответствующими органами.
4. По поводу телефонов - в современном мире наша задача это не ограничить ребят от гаджетов в формате запрета, а научить их делать свой свободный выбор в пользу других занятий. Именно поэтому наши занятия и мероприятия так разнообразны!

Living conditions caused utter discomfort for a child who had previously traveled more than once — cardboard walls and partitions in the rooms of the Olimp Park Hotel (the children didn’t live in the big building in the photo on the camp’s description, but in the barracks to the right of him). The absence of locks in the bathroom and on the doors in the room, as well as the slightest ventilation, makes, to put it mildly, uncomfortable all the intimate moments of the toilet for the children living together in a small room.
2. The most unpleasant disappointment from the camp is the inability of counselors and curators to establish trusting relationships with children. My child could not share problems with them, as adults in the camp have the practice of telling stories and making fun of children from previous shifts, indicating the names of those who made a mistake or did something wrong.
3. We went to the eSports League camp overwatch change. There was no eSports, as such. This is another fact why the son asked to pick him up early. All e-sports consisted of evening games on the computer "whoever is what", there was no analysis of the game or team building. Counselors said that everything was in the plans and that we were leaving in vain. However, according to the camp reports and info from the guys who stayed, the miracle did not happen. Weak wi-fi, a lack of computers and a lack of cyber program will surely disappoint those guys who are seriously passionate about eSports.
4. Regarding the extreme and activities, yes, there are really a lot of them in the camp. And the counselors there are actively engaged in this area, however, who else would ensure the safety of these events ... There is such entertainment in the program as geocaching with one of the counselors. Children rush with him along potholes and roads in a crammed full of pimped-up cars, "from which the bottom falls and which was bought by the counselor for 30 thousand" (the price, apparently, is a separate pride of the young man).
In general, I am in complete disappointment from this camp. One beautiful advertisement ...

We answer your questions:
1. All customers are informed that the children will live in a separate 2-story building, built specifically for children's groups, the conditions in which correspond to the requirements of SanPin. The rooms are quite comfortable, designed for 3 people, with all the amenities in the room. All photos of the rooms are posted on the site.
Regarding the closure of the toilet rooms - yes, they really do not lock, as this is an official fire safety requirement!
The noise isolation of the rooms is average, however, for three years of our programs on this base there has not been a single such complaint. We will consider.
2. Our counselors have a pedagogical education and take six-month courses at the School of Counselors. Many of them work for many years, the curator spent more than 100 shifts.
Your child spent a day and a half in the camp, after which you took him. Since the first 2-3 days are adaptive for children, creating trust relationships on the day of arrival is an impossible task. Relations in the unit, as well as relations with counselors are built throughout the shift.
Of course, the children are different, with different temperament and character, but if the child does not listen to the elders in any form, does not follow the daily routine, the institution in the camp and secretly escorts parents to the corps on the second day of their stay in the camp - the question arises of his readiness to be on similar program. Usually, counselors and teachers find an approach to the most difficult teenagers within a few days. But this cannot be done if the child was taken from the camp.
3. Yes, this is an eSports camp, but this does not mean that children will play computer games around the clock. In addition to events of the eSports direction, there are also other active events and outdoor games that are planned for the entire shift.
We cannot be held responsible for the expectations of the child that he will be at the computer 24 hours a day.
The shift was 46 children and more than 40 units of computer equipment - laptops, computers and consoles.
Children are divided into groups for classes in computer classes so that everyone has enough equipment, otherwise such classes simply do not make sense.
The cyberclass has dedicated Internet on a satellite dish, with a speed sufficient to carry out the planned activities of the eSports direction.
WI-FI in the case has a weak signal, since it is not designed for games and tournaments - it is a guest network available in rooms.
4. The event "Geocaching" is navigation and orientation on the ground, the search for objects using a metal detector, etc. Yes, there is a car in the camp for transporting the necessary heavy equipment (including metal detectors) from the housing for children to the venue of this master class (distance of about 300-400 meters). In the rain, children are also taken in this car, their seats fastened and no more than the maximum permitted number of passengers. The car has passed the necessary maintenance and is in good condition. Also, for everyone, a master class on acquaintance with the structure of the car was held.
