The "Incubator Izobritatelei" is a place where every child will be able to realize all their engineering dreams! Camp works on the territory of the IFC under the Ministry of Finance of Russian Federation. 35 km along the Kashirskoye Highway from MKAD

All participants live in cozy rooms acceptable for 2-3 persons. Rooms are equipped with wooden beds, wardrobe, bedside tables, lamps, carpeting, desk, TV with channels exclusively in English. All rooms are clean and tidy. The building has halls with upholstered furniture and tables for creative and entertaining events. The rooms are cleaned daily by the staff of the boarding house.

The food in the camp is at a very high level: the food is not only useful, but also very tasty. The diet includes fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, fish dishes, own fresh pastries, sour-milk products.In the camp, combined meals: a la carte dishes + a Swedish board system
Perhaps an individual menu for vegetarians or children with diabetes, allergies.

There is an indoor swimming pool in the camp, which is included in the cost of the tour. The pool is visited strictly with medical worker. The camp has all the necessary sports equipment, sports grounds, training classes are equipped to the highest standards.

The child participated in the 2019 autumn vacation program. The program was rich, with the participation of foreign students and classes in robotics. Good conditions of accommodation and food were provided by the Fir-tree sanatorium, including the presence of an indoor pool.

Poor interaction with parents. The parent group Wats App was given to counselors who categorically did not cope with these duties. VK photos appeared once a day, and always with the same children. I saw my child in the photo only once during the entire shift. If I were not on the territory of the sanatorium myself, I would be very worried about it, due to the lack of normal photos and video reports. According to the child, they visited the pool once for all the time. The child did not receive a branded camp T-shirt.

The Votsapp group was created solely for the purpose of informing parents about who is the child's counselor, and providing information on the departure of children. Each parent can ask the counselor individually, but the main function of the counselors is to ensure the life of the children in the camp, all the questions regarding the program and the stay of the child. We will pay more attention to the issue of communication with parents and there will be many innovations already on the winter shift.
The photos in the group are really uploaded once a day, however we try to cover the activities in the Instagram in the most detail, publishing the “stories”, as well as publishing posts about what is happening in the camp. Your child could simply, for example, not get into the frame, or the frame was blurry or blurry and that is why it was not published. We will draw the attention of our photographer to the need for collective photographs at all events.
A visit to the pool is regulated by the schedule of the boarding house, it is at our disposal from 9 to 11 hours (3 sessions of 30 minutes) and Wednesday is a sanitary day. That is why we try to make sure that all children visit the pool at least once. Together with the administration of the boarding house, we envisaged an increase in time for other shifts.

Poor nutrition, constant hunger. At times my stomach ached from poor nutrition. Theft from the rooms where the children lived. Some things were never found. There are no cameras. The keys to the rooms were not given to children. We paid for additional English lessons with a native teacher (3 people changed) .. In the instogram there was almost no information about the shift (although they promised) Bad Internet in the territories. Upon arrival there were sick children, who were nonetheless taken into the shift. Many fell ill later. Children sat on the bus for 2 hours upon arrival ( waiting for 1 child-opoz avshego).

We regret that you still have negative impressions of our camp.
When sending, there really was a bus delay of 50 minutes, it was a force majeure situation - a minor child was sent one by taxi, otherwise we would not have waited for a latecomer.

It’s a bit unexpected to receive such comments on food - over the summer we received many positive reviews from customers on food (you can find it on our social networks or on other resources), many children compared food with hotels in Europe and parents also thanked the cooks. We understand that the same food can affect the body of children in different ways (for example, someone loves pasta, and someone has a stomach ache), so in our camp there is food with a choice of dishes so that every child did not stay hungry.
For parents who are considering our camp for the rest of the child, we conduct excursions, the program of which also includes lunch, so that parents can personally verify the quality of food. If you find yourself near our camp on the day of the tour or want to visit it, we will be happy to invite you to dinner.

Over the summer, we also did not encounter cases of theft, all the phones that were lost by the children immediately found their owners. Perhaps your daughter left some things in the camp - for this we have a separate album with "losses" - things that the children forgot to take with them at the end of the shift.

All children without fail upon arrival provide the necessary health certificates, as well as undergo a medical examination. For children who became ill during the shift, we have a medical center and separate isolation rooms in a separate building. Moreover, since we are not a recreation camp, we do not treat children and in case of serious illnesses (temperature 38 and above) we accompany children to the hospital and pass them on to their parents, therefore, in principle, there could be no sick children who arrived at the camp.

During the shift on Instagram and Vkontakte, our photographer publishes a minimum of 3 posts and more than 10 stories on Instagram every day. Perhaps you have any difficulties using the Instagram or you subscribed to the wrong account - in such cases, managers will always help you and give you comprehensive information.

We really appreciate the feedback, especially the negative one, it helps us to improve the quality of the services provided and to make children and their parents happy!

Ребенку понравилось (ездил первый раз в 7 лет, сравнить не с чем). Еда понравилась и вожатые, особенно что их занимали. "Свечка" запомнилась.

Покупка сувениров, за наличные сказали нельзя, родители должны были сбросить деньги на карту какому-то дяде, в результате я заплатила за брелок и кружку - в итоге кружка ребенку не досталась и были слезы, я за "слезы" деньги не хотела бы платить!!! 300руб - так и не дошли обратно...увы. Бассейна не было, тем не менее в списке попросили сделать справку для бассейна (бегали сдавали анализы - зачем спрашивается?)

My son is 9 years old. The first trip to the camp (July 21-31, 6th shift, robotics, Moscow region). He called every day and told me how great they were there, and what new and interesting they had done. Many thanks to the counselor Liza and Lena Lomonosova for these days in the camp, for the attitude to the children, for the photo and all-all-everything. We are lucky with you! At school I did not like to participate in concerts and festivals, here with pleasure and pride I told where I participated, what newspaper I was made and what place I had taken. On the last day I realized that he likes discos. Very much wants to come next year. Thank you for this holiday!

At the same time, the camp staff recommended not to bring food with them before shipment. And this is how to be with this next year, if we decide to go?
Organization of the process between the conclusion of the contract and departure. After registration of the contract with the camp in April, the rest of the information (the list of things, the questionnaire for the counselors, information with time and place of departure, transfer) came literally the day before, in my case after a call to the office and requests to send - tell. Spoiled the general impression, of course.

The 3D printer was broken, there was no water periodically (there were no glasses in the cooler, and you can not take it in the dining room), at the quiet hour the children have nothing to do, a rare charge in the mornings, late retreat, in detachments a big age difference (6 and 10), disorderly organization of leisure, placement of children in old buildings, poor organization of reception / delivery of children and parental days.

I liked the food very much, it was the first time he came from the camp and talked so much about how tasty they were fed. Do you like the waitress Christina, who worked with their table in the dining room (he remembered the name-and that meant it very much), namely, that they were interested in what they wanted, was attentive to them and kindness (son's words).

1. Service mismatch:
- The afternoon tea was absent;
- lessons on 3D-modeling for the whole shift were only 2 times, although the program of the camp indicated daily;
- the lack of TVs in the rooms, although the description indicated their availability.
2. When returning from the camp, no one checked who took the children and did not put a note that somebody had taken the children. I think that this is negligence in relation to children and their parents. The leader did not even see who was taken, and who did not, although, in my opinion, the children had to be handed over from hand to hand and with a signature in the journal.
3. When calling to the camp and asking the callers to call back on the 4th day of stay in the camp, no one called back. I wanted to know the situation from the side and the look of an adult, to evaluate the possibility of a second trip.

1) Everything matches except the TV:
-the alcohol was given to children during a quiet hour
-we strictly adhere to the program, 3D-modeling is conducted as an acquaintance with the 3D-printer, but not as the main program
-we deliberately removed them and the parents told us many thanks.
2) The leader sees everything.
3) We admit this situation, the leaders have full of worries, and it is not their duty to call parents, if the counselor speaks with all parents, he will not have time for children.
