Organizationality, well-coordinated activity of the whole team, an exciting program, a stable physical load for teenagers, the acquisition of life skills for self-service.
According to the children, the food for the camp was satisfactory, and the program is interesting and not simple.
The children were very pleased with the climbing instructors and the routes.
I liked the day spent in the sea on kayaks.
- Negative
Despite the fact that the camp was "thinking" with enough Spartan conditions, in my opinion there should be a slightly better attitude and appeal to children: Sleeping bags - should not stink with a dog and should be clean, as well as "foam" on which the children sleep in campaigns. The beds in the base camp should not be broken. The child several times asked to repair the bed, no one reacted to the request. Instructors should understand that they work with children, and not just go on a campaign for their own pleasure. One of the instructors led the group for the first time and seems not to be able to work with teenagers.
Namely:
Being in the campaign on the rights of the "Big Leader" (because instead of normal dialogue and communication, as well as explanations, constantly used the principle of "threats and blackmail"), she demanded to squat 50 times for the pronunciation of children words that "cut" her "aristocratic ear" (I note that we are not talking about mate). Systematically behaved like an offended child. For spitting on the ground in the campaign, she handed her baby backpack, with the requirement to carry it to the next halt (which is an additional 15 kg uphill). The instructors did not participate in the preparation of food and the subsequent washing of dishes, completely laying it on the shoulders of children (with "normal" attitude, as a rule there is equality in campaigns and all participants are involved in providing life.) Systematically, there is not enough clean drinking water on a hike.
