Svetlana Sergeevna about program «IP RUSSIA»
(girl 10 years old)
+ Positive
Cheerful leaders-staffs, event organization.
- Negative
1) We sent the child to the camp for 2 weeks in order to improve the level and quality of English. Unfortunately, they did not learn anything new, only repeated what they had done at school in 1 week, at 2 weeks there were only games in English - they were expected from native speakers and, in principle, from English more ... The camp is not worth its money - it would be better to just send it off for this money for 3 weeks without any occupation.
2) There are many children who have been caught cold. Our child began to snot after 1 week, and fell with temperature and otitis immediately upon arrival from the camp.
The promised medic was not on the territory, the manager of Tom's camp "treated" the drugs at his own discretion ... It was not permitted to ventilate the room with an open balcony, it is certainly natural - a high floor, may fall out, but that's why all the children in the room got sick.
3) Children's free time is not organized, maybe years from 12 they can choose a lesson themselves, but little ones can not really organize themselves. It would have been better for them to get carried away by the leader, ie. system to lead to a specific circle.
4) 2 bedside tables in 3 beds - this is wrong.

Svetlana, thank you for your feedback. It is a pity that Katya could not learn the lessons with the speakers. The two-week English course in the camp is more focused on overcoming the language barrier, mastering new words (more than 100 words), the children write them down in the notebooks and, as they themselves tell us, help them during the school year. Also, communication with carriers is certainly a great experience. But you will agree that the desire and attention of children is very important. More than 70% of the children come back to us again and go more than one year. Weather this summer can not be called summer and some children really got cold. We do not have Tom's manager in the camp, we have the director of Shishkov Tom's camp, who has a medical education and has the right to provide first aid, as there is a separate medical center on the territory. And if a child has a sore throat and was given first aid or controlled taking medications, which he takes on a permanent basis, then I think that helping children and sarcasm in your words is not at all relevant here. You also asked to help Katya and naturally she was provided. The rooms we have are airing every day after sleep and this is without exception, only when the children leave for classes. Naturally they were not allowed to open the balcony, when everyone is in the room and the children walk to each other, and the open doors and balcony is a draft and it's not hot outside. In all the circles, the children recorded at their staff (counselor) and at the camp meeting (the general meeting including the roll call of children), which takes place 3 times a day, the name of the circle and the name of the staff that accompanies them are read out, we do not have spontaneous and unorganized events, as evidenced by online broadcasts. In the children's room there are 2 nightstands with a door and one open bedside table with a shelf, a large wardrobe, this is enough for everyone, although Katya lived with one girl and two or two tables is enough. We hope that Katya will succeed. Sincerely, General Director of OOO "Booking Education" Sorokina Tamara Nikolaevna.
