Marina about program «Junior Camp»
(girl 13 years old)
+ Positive
English lessons and 3 native teachers.
Games for uniting the guys.
- Negative
1. Visited few attractions.
2. A lot of time was allocated daily for shopping (2-4 hours).
3. The food did not match what was stated (a buffet of pasta with cheese and salad and everything for dinner, that's all
table").
4. Problems with the organization (waiting for the bus, and the most unpleasant thing - on the first day in London two guys were missing. They left the store without them, counselors did not notice their loss).
5. At the MANX hotel in Blackpool, a roof leaked (water actually dripped onto the bed). This happened for three nights despite complaints.
6. At a hotel in London, three girls were waiting for check-in for more than an hour, while counselors settled in their room.
7. Excessive emotionality of counselor Nargis - changeability of mood, screams at the guys.
P.S. A response from the camp representative came to my review. I did not expect that my objective opinion would entail inaccurate comments from the camp representative (of course, this is understandable in view of competition in the market):
according to claim 1. Yes, the number of cities in the program is correct, but in Chester - 1 church was visited, in Liverpool - 1 museum and boat, in Edinburgh - Mount Arthur's throne and a cemetery, in Manchester - only a library (the old traffor was announced, Manchester United Stadium - we didn’t get into them), and in London in 3 days - the London eye, Tower Bridge, Natural Historic Museum and all!, in Blackpool-Blackpool Tower, Blackpool Dangen, Madame Tussauds, Oceanarium (did not visit the active recreation park and the park from the declared entertainment).
according to claim 2. You can ask the rest of the guys that they allocated at least 2 hours every day for shopping, and 4.5 hours in Edinburgh!
according to claim 4. By the loss of the guys - what can I say - there was only one way out of the store, where we went from there and left. But not after 10 minutes they were found, but after half an hour at least! It was like this - the group left the store and after 7 minutes they noticed that there were no two guys, they returned to the store as a whole group, where the boys were no longer there. Counselors decided to go to the hotel. We reached the hotel, left the guys and went to look for the missing.
according to claim 5. From the room, which was flooded at night, settled only one girl for one night. A second problem was identified after 2 days and the same girl was again resettled twice for 1 night each time. No one changed the number. There is video confirmation.
according to claim 6. Expectations of settling in London were more than 1 hour, and not 15-20 minutes as you write. There is also video confirmation.
according to claim 7. According to Nargis's intemperance - ask the team members what were the breakdowns and the phrase “come to your senses!”, “Are you inside yourself ?!” sounded regularly, and all this was accompanied by screams. Such an attitude of the counselor towards children is simply unacceptable. In contrast, counselor Asya was friendly, restrained and friendly.
Child's opinion
I was disappointed with the trip, the emotionality of the counselor and the fact that they allocated more time for shopping than for visiting attractions.

Thank you very much for your feedback on the camp, your opinion is important to us. It’s a little pity that you give such low marks as 1 and 2 points out of 5 possible, which significantly affects the rating of the camp ..
We discussed the problems with the organizers of the camp and want to comment on some points:
1. The program included trips to Liverpool, Manchester, Chester, Edinburgh, 4 excursions in Blackpool and 3 days in London - perhaps even more sights of Great Britain are already physically impossible to cover in 2 weeks ...
2. We never organize shopping intentionally, but give children free time after excursions, in which we give them our recommendations. In London, for example, in their free time, some children went to the gallery, some to the cafe, some to the shops, and some to take pictures on the street — we all respect this, and we don’t try to impose one thing on the children. Of course, this is only after the tour - several times per program, not every day, and a maximum of 1.5-2 hours.
3. We strive for a balanced diet of children with the inclusion of meat products, salads and side dishes daily for lunch and dinner. Please note that in this program the "buffet" is not declared, meals on the menu.
4. There really was a problem with the bus - they couldn’t serve us in any way because of the huge number of transfers from Heathrow Airport in connection with the August 5th strike. But we were not taken aback, and found an opportunity to get our bus before some groups. Guys in London, we did not count at the exit from the store, because they left another store entrance, which we naturally discovered on the spot and found the guys in 10 minutes. In the future, such problems did not arise.
5. After the roof leaked, the room was resettled on the first night. The next day, after the hotel stated that the problem was resolved, the girls returned to their room, but a day later it turned out that the leak still remained, and they were relocated completely. The hotel building was built in the 19th century, it is a side of traditional British hotels, despite their comfort - fortunately, such situations do not happen so often ..
6. The group arrived at a hotel in London ahead of check-in time and our group began to be populated, but not at the same time, but as the rooms were ready, which did not depend on us. The girls lived in a room for three, which, unfortunately, was the last one ready. Girls expected their keys 15-20 minutes longer than the main group. But we agree that after an early climb and a long drive, even this expectation seemed tiring to them. Therefore, we have done everything to populate the children as early as possible.
7. Nargis was responsible for the mass cultural organization in the camp - she amused and entertained the children; she is one of the most groovy company employees and professionals. There were nuances when it was necessary to maintain discipline - this was especially true for traveling in a big city like London, when two children walk with their phones on the subway. However, in no situation and under any circumstances did the camp counselors break into screams.
We also recommend reading more real reviews about the program of the children themselves in our camp group.

(girl 12 years old)
+ Positive
- Negative
Нет обратной связи об успехах ученика. Не плохо было бы получить рекомендации для дальнейшего изучения языка, т.к. цель поездки больше учебная, а не развлекательная.
