Mariya about program «Tsar' Goryi»
(boy 8 years old)
+ Positive
Children are constantly busy, the mass of impressions, a lot of mountains and fresh air, interesting evening programs, good living conditions. Excellent value for money.
- Negative
I lowered the score for the program, because they announced the division of children according to the level of skiing and, based on this, either training or raising the level. In fact, on the second day, my skier was given a ski pass and was released into free skiing, while prohibiting carving turns, requiring skiing with “wide arcs”, which is, firstly, unsafe in the mountains, because it intersects with the other people, and, secondly, does not match the level of riding a child.

Good afternoon, dear Maria Sergeyevna. We are very pleased that the child liked on our shift. Thank you for your feedback!
On the first day of training on the mountain, instructors look through the passages of the children, in order to determine the level of riding and in the future to choose a training strategy. The decision is made up of the child’s abilities, his age and physiological characteristics, and the instructor’s learning experience. Perhaps your child’s too young age influenced the choice of a safer riding style (Wide Arcs is the initial element of training, which allows you not to gain high speed and choose the optimal trajectory of movement for safe movement along the track, which carving turns cannot guarantee ). But the instructors have always been on the same track with the guys, paying attention to the rest of the training group, comment on their mistakes, gather in the hotel before going out on the mountain to set training tasks for the day. Thank you for your comment, we will definitely take this into account in future work! We hope to see on our next shifts.
