Horrible organization, children abandoned
• Answer from camp
Thanks for the feedback!
Children have never been abandoned. Elizabeth, unfortunately, was brought to the camp violently, without her desire, and did not participate in any activities as a sign of protest, constantly quit smoking, did not go to contact with her peers until she was taken home, so the conclusions about "abandonment" purely personal and unconfirmed by the facts.
With the organization of leisure and the program in the camp everything was in accordance with the stated program. The psychologist of the camp worked daily with her personally, but this did not help, long psychological work and behavior correction is required.

We chose this camp, because we only needed to send children for a week.

Very weak organization. Information about the departure, the place of collection, the return of children is badly reported. The contract was inaccurate data, had several times to recall them. Children were not given the program in full, as it was promised. Fruits were in the diet, but they were all taken away sometimes by the counselors.

Thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately, the information about the departure was communicated to us on the day before departure - these are the features of the transport company, the situation is corrected, we apologize for this.
The contract you signed in the office, and all carefully checked, a few days before the arrival saw an error in the date of birth, when returning documents from the archive, we fixed it!
The program was implemented in full, please read it carefully, everything that was announced on the 7-day shift - everything was done!
No one took the fruits from the children, the afternoon tea always lay in a common room in a place accessible to children and the children were explained that they came up and took the fruit of the afternoon snack on their own, who wanted it.
