The main thing is that when I went to the counselor (Anastasia Ivanovna) to inform that the child did not want to stay, she did not even try not only to persuade her to stay, but to at least somehow communicate with him. I didn’t even glance in his direction. Empty place, not a child. I don’t think that it started at this very moment, most likely it was from the very beginning. This miracle teacher, instead of the natural in this situation, "Timur, are you leaving us? Are you still having so much interesting!" - instead, she began to utter to me (with a child !!): "Oh, he’s not suitable for the camp, either. He’s joked about him - he’s roaring. Of course, other children despise him after that ..." I don’t know how they joked a little there, but last year in the same camp the same child felt fine, was very eager to come there again, counted the days before the start of the race - and as a result such a finale. I took a ticket at full cost. You could just throw 33 thousand into the sewers, in any case, the child’s nerves would be more intact in this case. The contract states that money for a partial shift is not refunded, i.e. if the child didn’t like it and he escaped, then the camp simply received additional benefits (less work for the same money). No one is going to make you feel good. To my question, why such a strange distribution among the groups, the counselor answered simply "yes, we also don’t like it very much." Awesome! This, apparently, should have somehow comforted me.

One of the guys from a height falls into the hands of a detachment. As a result, my child received with all his strength in the face. Counselors did not inform parents, did not take the child to the first-aid post. My daughter called me with tears and complaints. After my call, the counselor took the child to the first-aid post and said nothing wrong, it will pass by evening. Towards evening, my daughter had a swollen face, an eye swam, and a huge bruise appeared. We were forced to prematurely pick her up from the camp. They wrote a statement to the director, presented the child. After the shift, the director called me asking why they had taken the child ahead of schedule. She didn’t remember! Apparently for the leadership of the camp this is a regular situation!
