Здравствуйте, Людмила Васильевна! Благодарим, что нашли время оставить обратную связь.
Что касается Ваших нареканий:
Дискотека была отменена только 1 раз за смену, в связи с плохой погодой. Они проходили через день, как и планировалось. Нам хотелось бы понять, что Вы имеете ввиду под "жутко не организованными" мероприятиями. Не можем корректно отреагировать на данный комментарий. Что касается занятости детей, у них была расписана каждая минута дня, и "вообще ничего не делать" они физически не могли. Утром море, потом кружки (на которые ходят все дети без исключения), далее тихий час, снова море, кружки и вечером мероприятие (ежедневно). Возможно, Ваш ребенок просто не захотел участвовать в предложенной программе, и у нее осталось впечатление, что нечем было заняться. Другие участники остались довольны поездкой и приезжают к нам неоднократно.
Что касается горячей воды, она подавалась по расписанию 3 раза в день по 3 часа. В морском лагере (в котором 2 раза в день по 3 часа купание в море, в горячей воде в это время нет необходимости). При загруженности 600 детей, горячая вода подается по расписанию.

Действительно, к сожалению, мы столкнулись со стихийным бедствием 12.07.23 (на 7-ой день за 5 дней до окончания смены года), в лагере было наводнение, которое затронуло Пляжную зону и площадки (к августу все было восстановлено полностью). Питание было сдвинуто на 3 часа только утром (сразу после бедствия), последующее питание было организовано в полном объеме (согласована с РосПотребНадзор пластиковая посуда).
Питьевая бутилированная вода подвозилась в большем количестве, чем ранее ( так как фонтанчики на территории не работали). Творческая программа была выполнена как заявлено, потому что мы оперативно расчистили площадки, а так же использовали крытые помещения. Купание было запрещено до 21 июля в Туапсинском и Сочинском районе (постановлением РосПотребНадзор).

Эвакуация детей не требовалась (по согласованию с РосПотребНадзор), так как корпуса и столовая затронуты не были, ни одного ребенка не забрали родители раньше (со всеми держали обратную связь по детям и с вами в том числе - все было под контролем)

Мы всегда заботимся и с огромной ответственностью относимся к нашим подопечным (дети, сотрудники, а так же гости), мы получили очень много слов благодарности в отзывах в интернете после данного ЧП (это легко проверить).

По поводу зарядного устройства, оно находилось не у вожатого, а у организатора с большим опытом, который обговорил с Вами сроки и Вы с ними согласились. Оно было отправлено, не выходя за их рамки. Также он обратил Ваше внимание, что устройство оставшееся на кровати неоригинальное, но тем не менее Вы настояли на его отправке, а в отзыве указали, что он был оригинальный. Увы, здесь нельзя прикрепить сохранившуюся переписку.
